I had the pleasure of staying 5 days in the cottage room of the beautiful Arrowhead Inn. It was everything I hoped it would be: charming, inspiring, comfortable, and peaceful. The owners are the most wonderful hosts, who knew just when to take care of things and when to give me space so I could write. The food was so... More

Phil & Gloria Teber, were gracious hosts and the property is special. The Teber's listened to our needs and made sure all were accomodated. We rented the cozy garden cottage for a weekend to celebrate two milestone events. It was a relaxing and romantic treat. Breakfast on the veranda was dreaming, the porch swing was soothing, the landscaping is magical,... More

We were just at the Arrowhead Inn a few days ago, and it was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel/inn. We enjoyed the most wonderful 3 course meal, enjoyed the scenery with all the trees and gardens behind the house. We didn't get to spend a lot of time as we flew out early the next... More

This lovely inn is situated north of Durham in the peaceful countryside. We stayed in one of the suites (the two room Pyne suite which I highly recommend) and found it to be very special! The antique furnishing were elegant and the amenities in the room were very much appreciated including a small fridge, coffee, plush robes and welcome treats.... More

We spent a night at the Arrowhead Inn for our 30th wedding anniversary and really enjoyed it. The hosts were welcoming, asking about any dietary restrictions, and the snacks in the breakfast room included cheese, crackers, and cookies. The grounds are beautiful, with many seats to sit and read or talk, and the owners even provide a basket with bug... More

When we arrived, we were greeted at our car by Phil who welcomed us as if we were family that he hadn't seen for some time. He showed us around the Inn, which is beautiful inside and out. The decorations are stunning. The bedroom was large, well furnished with several places to sit comfortably. The bed was an extremely high... More

Our experience at the arrowhead was very brief but spectacular, nevertheless. My wife and I spend our wedding night there and it was perfect. Beautiful house. Spacious room. Delicious breakfast. I sent one of my groomsmen to pick up the key and they left us all the instructions so we could just walk right in without having to check in... More

We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon. The cottage was beautiful and private, and having our breakfast served to us on the porch was fantastic! It was in a beautiful area, close to shopping and wonderful dining options. The innkeepers are so sweet and accommodating! The hot water in the cottage seemed to run out quickly though, but... More

My wife and I just spent a wonderful weekend in Durham, NC, where we stayed at the Arrowhead Inn. The inn itself is beautiful, with large, gorgeous rooms. There is also a cottage and old log cabin located on the property which can be rented. We booked the Brittain room, which was huge. It has a large fireplace, a very... More

Relaxed and refined are two words that describe the setting for our wedding. We reserved the entire inn for the weekend for an intimate family wedding. All of our children including grandchildren were completely accommodated with luxury linens, robes and amenities. The gardens were in beautiful form with lovely paths, swings, lawn and sitting areas for play and gathering for... More
