The newly opened Hilton Garden Inn, Southpoint in Durham, NC has set a new level to my expectations of what a hotel can offer it's guests. When I stayed at the hotel in December, they had just been open for less than a month. The service was impeccable - there was a lot of management around to make sure my stay was comfortable.
