I have stayed at many Hilton properties since I am a Hilton Grand Vacation Club Owner in NYC & Las Vegas in the Elite Status. I always respond to the survey and ensure I recognize who has done an above and beyond level of customer service. If there is an issue I discuss it with the local management since that... more

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Duke. Here's a rundown of our experience: GOOD *The hotel is pretty centrally located to Durham on 15-501, so has restaurants and shopping nearby, which is helpful for families, in addition to being close to Duke's campus. *The rooms are clean, fairly big and nicely set up (kitchen, decent foldout bed in... more

We stayed here for two nights for an extended family event. The hotel is an easy 15 mile drive from the Raleigh-Durham airport , next to a restaurant (which we didn't visit) and very near a variety of stores, strip malls etc. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Our suite was a one bedroom with full kitchen. Though... more

We booked a 2 bed room suite and were very impressed. Bedding was outstanding. Very, very comfortable. 3 Flat Screen TVs. Lighting was bright and adequate. Noise was non-existent. Very clean and very comfortable. Easy access from I40. Numerous restaurants near by. Only drawback was at breakfast. A sports team was also staying at the hotel and the breakfast staff... more

jeturn, Thank you for the kind words about your stay. We were most delighted to have you as our guest! I regret that we fell behind serving breakfast to you. I stayed here for one night on business. The front desk staff was friendly, and check in was easy. The room was spacious with a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. There was a plasma tv in the living room and in the bedroom, however the one in the bedroom was not working in my room. I was only there... more

NJ_Travelers, Thank you for kind review! I regret to hear that the TV was not functioning in your room during your stay. I am delighted to report that we just finished a complete guestroom renovation since your stay in December. In addition, on April 1, the Homewood Brand unveiled a new breakfast menu throughout the United States. I look forward...

We enjoyed a 3 night stay here over Thanksgiving. The king suite was perfect for us as my husband likes staying up late and watching TV (nice flatscreens in each room) when I turn in so the separate bedroom was wonderful. The room was very clean (I am finicky and this place smelled very fresh) and the furnishings were in... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel after a Duke Football game, although its just as close to UNC. We enjoyed the location - very close to shopping and food. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice, however guests let their kids run a little wild so it was very had to get to the waffle... more

We just returned from a night at Homewood Suites Durham. It is well-maintained and clean, and an excellent value(less than $100 at AAA rate on the weekend). The staff was very friendly. The pool area is comfortable and quiet. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was very noisy, and would come on with a blast of cold air... more

Our room was huge, pleasantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The price of the room includes a free buffet breakfast, unlimited coffee, and an evening meal. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful hotel. more
