I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the past 12 years. It is located within 3 minutes walk of a shopping complex with CVS, Harris Teeter, Bueger's Bagels, and so on. I like the ease of purchasing groceries and being able to cook in the room. I am sorry to report that this hotel has been in steady decline... More

Stayed for one night as I was passing through Durham. The staff was nice and helpful. They helped me check in before time and even offered me coffee as it was raining outside. Overall the property is on the edge of Durham and is by no means centrally located. Pretty quite area at night. Rooms are dated and cleanliness is... More

Overall my stay here was satisfactory. I was able to get this hotel on a priceline express deal for 40/night with all the fees. I did only stay one night and was only awake in the room for an hour or two. Everything seemed to be in good order when i arrived and the bed was comfortable. i didn't look... More

Worst place I have ever stayed!!! I have stayed in some bad hotels in my younger days but this place takes the cake! My son and I came down to visit my husband who is here out of town for work. First we had to move to another room due to the first one being too small, boy was this... More

Was told at check in that towels would be supplied shortly. After the third time asking for towels I was told that I wouldn't receive any until the next day. At that point I went to Target to purchase my own towels and rags. We had to ask for a shower curtain and toilet paper.

I should have been concerned when i checked in at 11:40 pm on 1/10 that the front desk agent didn't have a spare key to try to make my room check in work. He had to go find another key on a housekeeping cart because the one he tried to make was bent. I was checked into room 366 initially.... More

The people here are very hospitable and go out of their way to assist you. I was traveling three and a half hours to work during the week and then return home at the end of the week. They provided everything I needed and was conveniently located.

Generally my stay at this location has been positive, but this time two of our rooms had no towels. It was not noticed until the morning after arrival and the office refused to deliver the towels to one room, but delivered to the other. Also, over a 10-day stay, no one came to clean. Maybe I had to ask, but... More

This was the worst hotel that I've stayed at in the last 10 years (after staying in hotels 100 nights per year). The rooms reek of smoke, you get a bar of soap for the shower, you get a hand towel for after the shower. Definitely not worth the $80/night.

I needed an affordable room and purchased a Priceline Express Deal where you find out the name of the hotel after paying. When I found out it was an Extended Stay, I was disappointed. We checked in and took all our stuff up to the room, but the room key did not work and I could see through the window... More

Amy - Your review for our hotel was recently brought to my attention. Please accept my sincere apologies that your first room was not ready for you upon check-in and the second's level of cleanliness was not in line with our company's high standards. In response, I am working with the staff to deep clean both rooms and am reviewing... More
