I stayed here because I had a 6 am flight out of RDU and I had Starwood points available, so I figured it'd be convenient. Check-in was smooth and friendly. I saw in an earlier review that the rooms were small, but our room (standard king) was the typical size for a midrange hotel. It had enough room for a... more

Stayed on a $63 Hotwire rate. Had a late check-in. Parking was very full in the front. The room was very big and comfortable. I had room service for dinner and breakfast. The staff was very accomodating to special requests and delivery as super quick. My only complaint was that I called at night to get a wake up call... more

Decent enough hotel, but not really a Sheraton-quality hotel. Specifically, the room is a little run-down, lacks any style, and while It does contain a sweet-sleeper bed, it still sports a small (20"?) CRT TV, and no additional functionality. The restaurant is quite good, the bar stocks some good local beer on tap and mornings are made easier by the... more

We went here for a wedding and this hotel is very nice looking when you walk into the lobby, but the once you get into your room, its a different story. We stayed in a room with 2 doubles and it was so small. There was no room for anything. There was also no mini fridge and on the website,... more

I was in town for one night on business. The hotel is close to the airport which is convenient but no noise from the airport. The building is older but the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is good. No safe or minibar in the rooms was the only downside I noted. I liked having the... more

My husband and I stayed here for my company's annual holiday party, with a discounted rate. The rooms were nice, and the bed was great. The lobby and bar areas are very good, as are the conference rooms. There is no fitness room or continental breakfast which is very important to me. You are able to use the facilities of... more

The Sheraton Imperial was a great place to stay in the RTP area. Room service was excellent and on time; wired and wireless FREE internet access is a big plus! When I'm spending good money for a room, I hate to pay for internet access!!!! The beds were comfortable with great bathroom amenities. My TV remote did not work; I... more

Nice hotel. Not the best I been too, but not bad. It's a much better location than the Raleigh Sheraton. Rooms were average sized, and comfortable Sweet Sleeper beds. The area is not the most exciting, as you would probably have to drive a few miles to get a nice dinner. The lobby bar is cool, but again, just a... more

Stayed here in the last week of Sept for a conference. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable with nice, big squashy beds. The room and bathroom was very clean with all amenities. Hotel itself was very nice, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also very good with a wide variety of food available. All in... more

This was a nice hotel and if all Sheratons were at least this level, it would be a great chain of hotels. The hotel is a bit "dated" in exterior appearance, but their level of service is very high. The rooms are redone in the "new" Sheraton style and have great Sweet Sleeper beds with several pillows to choose. I... more
