The Olde Towne Inn is an enjoyable place to stay. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are reasonable, the bathrooms are nice. The cat, Devon, is content to sleep in the parlor. Unless you see him you'd not realize there is a cat in the house. The innkeeper, Dawn, is well organized and a gracious hostess. Her cooking... more

Olde Towne Inn in Dillsboro, NC is a wonderful bed and breakfast with a great hostess! It was very clean and accomodating with antique decor..even a claw foot tub. It was great sitting on the front porch in the middle of down town! Devin the house cat gives it even more of an "at home" feeling. We will go back! more

We had the opportunity to return to the Olde Town Inn around Thanksgiving and had another delightful visit. The town was charming as it was decorated for the holidays. The Inn looked beautiful and festive with lights and wreaths. Wow! Wish we could visit in December when the Great Smokey Mountain Train ride the "Polar Express" is in full swing... more

While the owner/manager was a pleasant and helpful woman, I could not get past the very strong presence of at least one large cat in the house. The house smells like the cat, there is cat fur on the furniture and in the bed, and, in general, the house is cluttered and kind of grungy. I'm not a big fan... more

I spend over 150 nights a year in hotels for business reasons, so my first thought for vacation time is *not* to spend more time in a hotel. My husband wanted very much to go walking in the mountains, and I agreed provided we found a B&B or country Inn. Dillsboro's Olde Towne Inn proved a delightful escape. The innkeeper... more

It has been a year since we were in Dillsboro, NC and we anticiapte our return trip in a couple of weeks. The drive to the mountains was beautiful. We immediately loved this little town, with shops to browse (which I love), a beautiful river to walk and a wonderful inn to enjoy. When we found the Olde Towne Inn,... more

Had a great time visiting the Olde Towne Inn! Wonderful old farm house, reminds me of visiting at my grandparents many years ago. Perfect location to the Great Somkey Railroad -- we just walked across the street for a train ride. The town has many nice shops. The Innkeeper Dawn was very helpful in acquainting us with the area and... more

I so enjoyed my stay at the Olde Town Inn in Dillsboro, NC. A very charming, historical Inn located in the heart of "Thomas the Train" Dillsboro. Relaxing in a front porch rocker, reading or meeting new friends in the parlor or eating a wonderful home-style breakfast- cooked from scratch by the gracious innkeeper- all made for a relaxing 3... more

Walk in and smell cat urine. The place needs not a renovation, but a restoration. We will never go back. more

We had a wonderful stay! We celebrated our anniversary at the inn and had a great time. The innkeeper welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She told us about the town’s history, the shopping and crafts, restaurants and things to do. Our room was very comfortable and cozy and the big country breakfast was a perfect start... more
