I only stayed here one night. The bed was comfy although the sheets were quite worn in places, there was a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and hair dryer in the room. The room looked to be clean. The desk employees were very nice. The breakfast was quite adequate with the "round rubbery eggs" but they were ok especially after adding some... More

Nice place to stay and relax. Has a nice pool, breakfast and free coffee and cookie in the evening. It has shops and restaurants near by and a huge mall only 10-15 minutes away. The NASCAR raceway in Charlotte is only 30 minutes away. You can go north to Winston Salem as well in only about 30 minutes.

We arrived at 1:00 and I realize the check in time was 3:00. We were there to visit my grandson so I asked if we could check in early. She checked us in and took my credit card but said the room wasn't ready. I asked how long it would be and she disappeared. She came back about 5 minutes... More

We spent two nights. On the first night, neither the WiFi nor the TV worked. We reported the problem, and they were indeed fixed by the second night. But the second night there was no hot water. After cold showers in the evening, and one cold shower in the morning, we eventually got hot water again for a second shower... More

The service at this hotel was top notch; I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is just off the beaten path enough that it is quiet, yet close enough to be accessible to whatever you need. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited. Our group got 3 rooms, all on the fourth floor. They were all spotless,... More

This seems like a very nice Country Inns & Suites. A bit on the smallish-side, which is where my "gripe" comes in. They have a pool and sauna, but both are very, very small. The pool depth is graduated from 3.5 to 5 feet, but the perimeter of the pool is probably 15x10 feet, so if your kids are younger... More

We stay here every June as a stop over on our way to Myrtle Beach. It is a very nice hotel. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are really clean and nicely decorated. We've never used the pool but it looks nice and clean. The breakfast has went down hill a little in the last... More

We have stayed at this location several times. And I will say upfront that we will stay here again. We stayed in room 313 this visit..the door to the room was horribly scratched and in need of a paint job. Upon entering the room there were large black stains all over the carpet in both rooms. I checked the beds... More

The hotel was ok. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Disappointed that the was not a tub in the room (a HUGE shower). Also the WiFi did not work much of the time we were there and we got different stories from everyone we talked to about the problem.

Needed to stay overnight while delivering some items locally. Made the reservation through AARP Expedia and expected a mid range hotel which it is. Except for a wobbly toilet, everything met expectations. A couple of employees stood out from norm and should be mentioned. The night clerk worked for several minutes to help an exasperated pizza delivery person find his... More
