Amazing place created by amazing people. Marc and Pam were wonderful and they've worked incredibly hard to create a wonderful getaway with their cabins at Three Bear Holler. All three cabins are lovely -- we stayed in Mama Bear -- but got to check out the other two cabins and honestly it would be a toss up to say which... More

We kicked off our honeymoon with a four-night stay at Baby Bear Cabin and could not have been happier with the experience (our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer). After a long 13-plus hour drive, the warmly lit cabin could not have been more inviting and the wine bar and gift basket was a wonderful treat after a... More

Stayed for a short weekend, but got to the cabin late Friday and never left until Sunday and didn't want to go then either. Hiked up to the owners cabin and WOW!! What a beautiful view and such a lovely home...but the Poppa Bear Cabin was EXTREMELY comfortable, private and the views from the front porch were incredible. tried on... More

We stayed here on the tail end of the early season snow storm....the roads were clear by the time we went out...there were still patches of snow here and there which made very pretty pictures with the different color leaves. We stayed in Baby Bear and it more than suited our needs. Two things that I found a bit disconcerting:... More

Words can't describe our weekend as far as accommodations, surroundings, help from the lovely owners, the Jances, the on site shopping experience, the weather, and anything else that could be mentioned. We were close to the Apalachian Trail, and although we didn't do any serious hiking, did enjoy a drive, then short hike to Max Patch. But the best was:... More

I hesitate to say what is needed to be said here. Marc and Pam are nice people who may need some more time in the cabin rental business to know what to do to make the stay a perfect fit for discriminating travelers. Except for the five dead animals decorating its interior walls, the Baby Bear Cabin was comfortable and... More

We've never returned to the same place twice in a year and especially not in 6mos. Our Springtime trip in April was so relaxing we traveled back down from New York for another week long stay. You can't put a price on the relaxation and the solace you'll discover. Before you go- stop in Asheville at the awesome WNC Farmers... More

I am grateful for the Groupon Coupon leading me here! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in the Papa bear cabin. INCREDIBLE craftsmanship is evident throughout the restoration of this cabin. The cabin is a wonderful mix of antiques and modern conveniences (the gas range and large refrigerator). Driving the gravel road to the cabin, the smell of... More

We rented two nights in papa bear cabin, thru Groupon, was glad to find the cabin. There was 4 adults and a toddler. The stairs to the upper stair bedroom, was narrow and steep, with our daughters cat allergies we had to shoo the cat away from the cabin often. Still we Enjoy our time, the porch to sit &... More

I found this little gem of a place on Groupon and was delighted. My husband and I went for a long weekend and could not have been happier with this place. We stayed in the Papa Bear cabin and the cabin and view were fantastic. I planned to read while I was there but I just could not pick up... More
