Staying in the off season as I have some time off. Tired of staying in a hotel, I rented a cabin for $47/night which includes a bathroom, micrwave and cooler. $40/night you have a communal bath like a park. This a good place to chill out because there are few distractions if you leave the RV site. Lot's of things... More

We camped with our three granddaughters who loved the campgrounds! The pool was great, the craft room with Linda was enjoyed too. Also the movie with snack was a great hit. After they went home we decided to stay longer and had a great relaxing time. The grounds are well maintained and the pool was very relaxing. Staff are great... More

Has two pools, camp store, two separate camping areas you can drive to but they are divided by a canal. There is also a small bridge between the areas, most campers are seasonal/permanent and local. The major attraction is the canals and easy boating access to the river / sound. (Two boat ramps) There are about as many boats on... More

We had seen some less favorable reviews on this facility so we were skeptical in choosing to take our camper there. We stayed 2 nights over July 4th weekend and the facility was very crowded as could be expected. Even so, all staff were especially helpful and supportive. Campsite was very large although it did not have all services advertised... More

Duplex should be advertised as 144 sq foot studio. Site stated kitchen but no kitchen, just a counter with a sink that leaked and only ran hot water, a dorm-room size fridge and a microwave. Double bed was so short my average-sized husband had to sleep on an angle. Pull-out dirty, sagging loves seat was broken and kids had to... More

Very large campground but sites are pretty close. The roads are dirt with a lot of pot holes. It rained acouple times and it was nothing but water filled pot holes & mud. Some sites were actually under water. No fire rings and I never saw a place to put coals from grill. As we were preparing to leave, the... More

Okay campground. Has many long term/seasonal campers. Did not see a bathhouse. Had lots of weekend activities like hot dog dinner and bingo. Everyone was extremely friendly. Great ice cream in the camp store. Not much to do in the area. But was a nice quiet weekend getaway.
