We stayed here two nights and was very happy with hotel, staff and location. We had a problem with our portable refridge we use on trips bacause of meds we have to take. The check in clerk move us to a more expensive room with no extra charge which had a fridge we could use until could get a fuse... more

I checked into a king suite on 6/19 for one night. Upon entering the room, the musty and smoky smell was almost unbearable. The linens on the bed appeared as if someone had just slept on them. When I pulled down the sheets, there were stains from bodily fluids. Behind the night stand was an empty bottle of Coca-Cola, food... more

Check in was easy, room was quite nice...however there is no wi-fi, only wired...they really need to upgrade this! Breakfast was fine, the breakfast room was small and really not enough tables. more

This hotel is located across from Harrah's Cherokee Hotel & Casino, and you could walk across the street to their parking lot and catch one of the casino's little buses to the entrance. Our room was clean, and the only issue I had was that the fitted sheet did not quite fit the mattress and the sheets were not crisp... more

We stayed at the Holiday-Inn Express in Cherokee, it was right across the street from the casino, which made it handy for us, because we were there for the New Years Eve party....When they say check- in is at 4:00, thats what they mean, we got there around 2 and room wasn't ready, went back at 3 room not ready,... more

Let me start by saying I used to work for IHG (Intercontinnental Hotels Group) and worked in the call center. I understand that not all places are great, so I always look at the reviews, the pictures and surrounding area ahead of time. Having said that, I thought I was prepared for the stay. It wasnt horrible, but could have... more

While the Holiday Inn Express was very clean, new and comfortable; there's nothing there to do except go to the Harrah's Cherokee Casino accross the street.; which we would not recommend for gambling. The slots are very tight. We've had much better success consistently at other destinations like Tunica & Biloxi where there's more competition with the casinos - so... more

My mom and I went to Cherokee for a girls get away. We originally had reservations at the casino, but do to an overlook on my part, we lost our room there. The casino helped us find a hotel down the street. When we got there, it was not up to my standards. So we immediately checked out and went... more

My partner and I stayed one night in Cherokee at the Holiday Inn Express, it is directly across from Harrah's Casino. We enjoyed the stay and found the hotel clean, well lighted, and the folks at the desk friendly and helpful. We feared our ground-floor room would be noisy (especially with motorcycle convention in area), but we heard nothing. The... more
