The rooms in the Creek Tower feature a reading alcove that much enhances your stay. The other 2 towers are nice but pale in comparison to Creek. The service is good, the staff are friendly, and the bed is scrumptious. My only negative is having to pay for wifi - not just per room but per device. Ouch.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service was good. The hotel and casino are large. What I didn't appreciate was that Harrah charges $10.95 per day per device for Wi-Fi service. They only have two computers (and a printer) for guests to use. I had to wait for a turn to use a computer.

Stayed for 2 days when walking in someone had urinated in the floor on the skywalk into the casino. When we left it was still in the floor and was smelling bad at that time. 2 rooms down from us put their food tray outside with food on it and it set their over 24 hours. Not a very good... More

This place is huge. The casino itself is the largest I've seen outside of Vegas. Lots of table play and hundreds of slots. They lack in reasonable priced table games. They had one $5 Blackjack table then the rest were $15 and up. The food at the buffet was pretty good but the desserts although abundant and varied were for... More

The hotel looks beautiful, the casino is larger than ever, but the service is seriously lacking now. It was during the Poker Tour so it's a little understandable, but really, you'd think the service would be better when they expect to have so many people. The table games are way too expensive for a casino that has "We support responsible... More

I have stayed here many and many times but my last visit was dampered due to a violent and unexpected illness. On April 10th four of us were at the casino and stayed at the hotel. A couple hours after 3 out of the 4 of us ate at the chef s buffet we became very ill with vomiting and... More

The service was horrible. We went to the concierge desk to ask for help. it was empty so we asked when he/she would return. Was told there was no one on duty. Ok, so how about a casino host? Was told to go to the casino and find the host. How did we find him? Just go and keep asking,... More

We stayed using a free night certificate. When we arrived, we were unsure where to park for the hotel (had only been to the casino before) but a very helpful young man right inside the casino entrance gave us great directions We used the self check in kiosk and it took less then five minutes. We were in the Creek... More

It has been a couple years since my last review of Harrah's Cherokee Casino. I had been hearing that they have loosened the slots to a certain degree but that does not seem to be the case .I visited for three days around the first week of April. The hotel is very nice and clean. The people working at the... More

I stayed here for business for 3 days. The price of the hotel rooms was in line with other hotels in the area. The views from the hotel towers are great. The hotel is nice and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. There is an on site parking deck for the hotel.... More
