We had a late evening flight into Charlotte on Christmas Day so decided to stay at the Sheraton before driving to Blowing Rock. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant / bar was good, staff friendly. We were on the 2nd floor and room was quiet. Would stay here again. More

My 2 night stay on the 7th floor (starwood preferred guest level) was just what we needed...a nice place to meet a friend....clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. kids had a ball in the pool...disappointed hot tub wasn't up, nice workout facility, close enough to town. over all, no complaints, which is a miracle because I am super picky!!!!! I paid extra to stay on the club level and was very disappointed. Again, there was no docking station for a smartphone and the beds were sub-standard. They need to upgrade the beds and bedding. I actually liked this hotel. It's convenient to the airport, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great. The exercise room is better than average, which was great because there is really no place to run outside.
