The front desk clerks were friendly, but not fully familiar with the facility. My online reservations were messed up and one of the clerks worked it out, but still did not get it completely right. we had reservations . they placed me where I asked. had toilet problem, they jumped on it IMMEDIATELY . everyone was so friendly. TY Mary for all your help. and yes we were Not in Fla.. they kinda acted like we where family...

This hotel is a drug and prostate hang out would not recommend this to anyone rooms aren't bad but . Mixed reviews on the web sites so we took a chance. When we arrived there were customers complaining about their rooms. Desk clerk stated openly that "she, would not stay at this hotel". April at the front desk was amazing. Other then that avoid this place!!!! If you want the hotel because its cheap and had free shuttle don't stay here.
