This hotel was in a great location. Close to downtown charlotte. I was very easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. I caught the hotel shuttle at the airport and went straight there. The wi-fi was good. I paid next to nothing for a whole lot. Plus I got breakfast. Service was good and my room was pretty... more

This place was a dump!! As soon as we pulled up to the hotel I knew it would be horrible. The pics they show online mustve been from years ago. It smelled really bad in the hotel for starters. Then we get to our room and the curtains were missing hooks/sliders so they were hanging off on the end. There... more

last minute arrangement to cover unexpected overnight travel delay - recommended on accommodation voucher from US Airways carpet in room was sticky underfoot, ceiling smoke detector covered with a wal-mart carrier bag, no working phone in room, smoking rooms next to non-smoking rooms, air conditioner as noisy as Boeing jet engine, bed sheet barely covered matress, pillow cases had holes... more

Had I had an opp. to read these reviews prior to my stay I would have RAN not walked away from this hotel. I had to leave my clothes out in my car because the room stunk SO bad of cigarette smoke..>>no non-smoking rooms. What items I did leave in the room still reek 24 hours later of being aired... more

I booked a room using some hotel points I had accumulated from previous stays with Choice Hotels. The room was a really good value for only 5000 points per night. It was a suite with a king bed and a separate living room area the size of the first room that also had a jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi tub was... more

When arriving at the hotel we found that a call girl known by the front desk checked in with her John in front of us. After being assigned a room we get into the elevator with what seemed to be a smell of leaking hydrolic fluid. When going into the room we found fecal stains on the couches, blood stains... more

I am all for discount hotels that are sparely furnished with few services, particularly when its just an overnight layover. Really, all I need is a safe, clean place to shower and catch a few hours of sleep. However, even I was not particularly comfortable in this hotel. Its seemed to be in a sketchy part of town (about 15... more

I booked the hotel for 3 nights without problems, and got a reminder about a week in advance. OK. I knew coming from abroad, I would arrive late (around 11:45 pm), so I called and didn't understand the receptionist and sent a fax some days in advance to ask for the shuttle service. Arrived, no shuttle, was told at the... more

Ended up at this nightmare when stranded at the airport after US Airways delayed then cancelled our flight at midnight. I honestly would have been better off sleeping in a seat in baggage claim until the morning. The first room assigned was not cleaned, so after being given another room, I found no linen and a TV with no power... more

The location was convenient to the interstate, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price...the room was very large and equipped with many amenities such as small refrigerator, hairdryer, coffee, ironing board. I was very pleased and would definitely stay there again. more
