very good clean and comfortable the parking is only negative but when you understand where everything is located the downtown is in walking distance of restaurants and everything else we were there for a downtown wedding and reception

Excellent location! Walking distance to everything! Panera bread right across the street (my favorite). Our room was very clean..beds were extra comfy...had a great view...and great channel selection on the tv.

Nearly everything here about my recent stay was perfect. The location is quite simply the best in Charlotte with a quick walk you have many dining and entertainment choices. The NASCAR Hall Of Fame is only a couple blocks away as is the Epicenter complex. The hotel bar is nice but was always a ghost town.

I stayed three nights in this hotel during a conference. Great staff - clean rooms - quiet on the Exec Floor with nice comp breakfast & evening snacks. I'd stay again, no questions. AND it is mere steps from the Convention Center, the commuter rail, and downtown Charlotte.
