I recently booked a weekend stay at this hotel. The check-in was nice, but not special. There was no valet, and parking is free. The room was a little small, but nicely decorated. The air conditioner is a little noisy, and is very noticable when it cycles on and off. Room service was very fast, and the food was good.... more

Well I had a stay here on a recent Friday night. And although it was by no means bad, I left a little dissapointed. LOCATION- Very close to the CLT airport. Less than a 10-minute ride. It's in the middle of a business park right off of I-77. There is a Hilton next door and a Quality Inn across the... more

My family stayed at this property for two nights while in Charlotte visiting friends. Rack rates for the two double bed room ranged from $99 - $119 for weekend nights and $199+ for weeknights. I purchased a room, on the concierge level, for a startling $45 per night on Priceline. The hotel is two minutes off of I-77 and is... more

Very pleasant property. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Plasma TV and coffee in room. Lobby was open, inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport and free coffee in the lobby. Couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. I liked the property and would stay here again. more

We just got back and I wanted to share our terrific experience with this hotel. The man at the desk was very friendly and even granted my request of 2 double beds even though the hotel was very full and it took him a few minutes to find a room on the 16th floor. The hotel is completely non-smoking so... more

Spent 2 weekend nights to get to know Charlotte. It's about a 20 minute drive to Center City and at least 15 minutes to any interesting restaurant. The hotel seemed recently updated and had the signature Mariott luxury bed, flat screen TV granite top on everything, etc. The staff was super helpful and friendly. There was a junior high basketball... more

Had a recent 3 night stay to attend a business conference being held there. The hotel is situated close (but not next to) a train service, and near major highways for easy access. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I drove to the location and upon arrival, there were no porters or bell hops to greet me, take my luggage,... more

We stayed here for an athletic competition. This was the host hotel. The Marriott name usually means high end, high quality. For the most part, it was. The good first. Very clean room, comfortable beds, great amenities. Loved the corner room: never heard a word or motion in the hall or otherwise. The breakfast was very good; attentive staff. The... more

I have booked this hotel approx. 10 times. It is great for business and here is why: The hotel is completely renovated- everything is new and fresh. The staff is very professional- I have never experienced any problems whatsoever. And the price is beyond a good deal- check hotwire for the best price! I stay here all the time for... more
