I stay at this hotel for work when i am in Charlotte. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and have always been treated well by every member of the staff. The rooms are clean and the price is right for my frequent traveling. The breakfast is a nice compliment to the hotel and adds to... More

The company I work for does business in Charlotte, NC. We have stayed as this particular property 6+ times the past 18mths. We called this hotel our "corporate" hotel for all Charlotte business stays. We had reserved a room for three nights 2/27-3/1 and arrived mid afternoon the 27th. I carry several company credit debit cards all with the CEOs... More

I was in this hotel for a couple of weeks due to business needs and let me just say you for sure get what you pay for. A few of the staff was very polite and a few of them weren't. There was a major water leak in a room that bled down in to the lobby, car port is... More

I stayed here for 2 nights (tonight being the 2nd night). The facility is well maintained, clean, well lit, and very pleasant. The free breakfast is great. We checked in at 9pm on the 7th and could not have asked for better service from the clerk. Unfortunately we booked a room with a double bed (said it slept 2) but... More

Usair put me up here for one night due to plane trouble. waited for 30 minutes outside in freezing winf for shuttle before calling a cab! I arrived late and it took three tries to get a decent room. Room one, no power. Room two, the shower would not shut off, so I had to get dressed, packed and moved... More

We have stayed here twice now, on a layover from CLT and road-trip. It is a circuitous drive from the airport and there are no restaurants within walking distance, but they have a shuttle to the airport (sign up is important) and Toppers delivers good pizza. Many airline and construction personnel stay here. Breakfast buffet was expansive and good, but... More

I stayed here when stranded at the airport due to bad weather and have to say it offered everything I needed. Free shuttle, free wifi, restaurants within walking distance and the lobby was nice and cozy. I wouldn't recommend staying here for any length of time since besides those few restaurants it's kind of in the middle of nowhere. Also... More

Our family stayed here as a result of the historic January 2014 Polar Vortex when we had a 'series' of cancelled flights. The lobby area was modern, attractive and extremely clean--absolutely spotless. My wife and I both noticed the exceptionally hard-working maids who clean every surface meticulously. Nothing was broken on this property--everything had been maintained in good order. We... More

The rooms in old reviews were before the remodel, because I have stayed in 3 different rooms and all were clean, new and well working. Internet issue fixed as well. But what makes this hotel a cut above the rest are the employees. I haven't come across one person who works here who did not greet me with a genuine... More

Real nice employees, gym an rooms. Only complaint is when management chooses to advertise Internet and then get the cheaper substandard kind that doesn't allow any netflix streaming or YouTube because it is dial up slow. This however was worse than that. I couldn't even search anything on my iPad and if it did work, it took a couple minutes.... More
