This was the worst experience I've ever had staying in a hotel. There was crap(literally) smeared down the wall, hair all over the bathroom, the bed had dirty sheets(w/ hair and dirt), the siding on the hotel was even coming off. Sorry for inconvenience . we will talk to housekeeper regarding to hair. our ceiling is 8'foot which is standard for hotel room. Tv is mounted on normal height desk. Again sorry for your stay. Please give us second chance to prove ourselves. More

I HATE to see hair in a hotel, and this is one big hairy one. I opened up a washcloth, kinky hair was stuck to the threads. Open up a hand towel, a piece of long hair dangles.
