I have stayed at this hotel many time for business and pleasure and keep coming back. Everything is always the way it should be. Rooms are quiet and the beds are great. I can't say enought nice things about them.

Great hotel on tryon street in Charlotte. Rooms are great atmosphere is wonderful and the Omaha steakhouse restaurant is great too. Pool and jacuzzi nice too. Would stay there anytime great place to stop coming from Florida. Charlotte is a great city might want to stay a few days and explore the city

All the staff was very friendly. Rooms very nice. If i had to say anything bad would be the bar is only open from 5:30 to 7:30, then you have to go to the resturant and they only serve wine,,,,not good for a beer drinker. Nice location,,, eassy to get on the freeway. overall a good stay.

We got in pretty late and dead tired. We didn't get the priority upgrade but those are the breaks. The manager on duty was extremely polite and made the check in process as simple as could be. Hotel was very clean and very pleseant. Breakfast was decent and the staff were all excellent. I will definitely use this hotel again.
