So impressed from our stay this past weekend. Friendly, caring, helpful staff made the visit feel like staying with relatives. Popcorn machine in the lobby. Free extensive breakfast, including warm cinnamon rolls and biscuits with gravy among so much more. Clean and quiet. Great beds with comfortable pillows and mattresses. “Looks dirty, smells, would not recommend to anyone.”

My husband booked this hotel. After 7 hour long drive, came in at 10.30 pm & it is not a clean room. My husband was not feeling well & could go no further. We did not undress. We will leave as soon as it is morning. Pass on to a nicer clean hotel, I wish we had.

“Nice place”

We were in Charlotte for weekend get away. The room had a spacious layout with a large flat screen tv, desk, and chair. The king size bed slept great and when we requested more pillows they were provided immediately. The heated indoor pool was a plus but wasn't warm enough.

Best holiday inn ever. Nice clean room and very comfy beds. Also served a pretty good breakfest. I recommend you eat the Sausage. Nice view out of your window and also very close to the city of Charlotte. You will enjoy your night or nights at this holiday inn
