I arrived in Charlotte in the evening, and hired a cab to drive me to the hotel. This hotel was impossible to find - it apparently is newly renovated/switched from another hotel. The only sign is a neon "HOTEL" sign on the building - nothing noting it is a Four Points, and it is mostly hidden behind a strip mall.... more

Nice location close to interstate. Within waking distance of fast food and eat in restaurants. Plesant clean lobby and friendly staff. More than ample parking. The Westin in Charlotte was full and their reservations center suggested this property. This was a last-minute trip and there wasn't time to do any research. This is a former Morgan Hotels property, whoever they are. Physically the facility is adequate. Rooms are clean, but their age is beginning to show in small ways.
