Not very pleased. This is by far a Sheraton at least the Sheraton's I have come to know. This place is in a busy noisy area, the walls are paper thin and we could here a child crying under us most of the night. The AC unit was extremely loud, could hear vehicles going by all night long. Chipped paint... More

Friendly front desk staff and clean, spacious room. The bedding is very comfortable with good quality pillows. The air conditioning unit is a little loud and rumbly. Bathroom is small, towels are also good quality. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast is offered at extra price, either continental or made to order eggs. I recommend eating off property. The cook is very... More

Was flying through Charlotte when my flight got cancelled by the airline so they put me up at Four Points. I got in about midnight so I didn't spend much time there as I had to get up early to catch my morning flight. However, the hotel was fabulous. They had just completed a full renovation and it looks great.... More

I always take reviews, especially seriously negative ones, with a grain of salt. I read the reviews of this hotel with healthy skepticism, but after my recent trip, I do see where some of the comments are accurate. I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, and my experience was quite different. On that trip, the gentleman at... More

Check-in was simple here and font-desk was very friendly - especially considering I think I might have been growling given how long I had been in the car that day (9+ hours, checking in at 12am). I'm a low maintenance traveler - so give me a clean room, clean shower, and curtains that block out the light and I'm good.... More

This is your typical business travelers hotel. I did see airline staff there, waiting over night for future flights. We just happened to stop there while travelling through to Florida. The lobby is nice and the staff very helpful and accomodating. Once you take the elevator to the upper floors, as soon as you get off, you encounter rows of... More

This is your typical business travelers hotel. One of it's best features is their bar. The individual behind the bar on the nights I was there was excellent and wonderful to talk to (thank you Cindy). However, the hotel has seen better days. In fact, the whole hotel is undergoing a remodeling conversion. If they get the entire place patched... More

it is very close to the train- easy to get to the colliseum. For the price of the room and the average room decor, breakfast should be included. We did go to the whitewater center and to the Palm restaurant, both of which were close enough to this property. No sheets for pull out sofa, had to wait 45 minutes... More

Even technical support worked, finally I could not connect internet. OK between PC and WiFi but not OK to the net. The earliest shuttle to airport was 4:50. I needed cab for 6:00 am flight. CVS and restaurants are close, ok by walk.

The lobby is pretty nice but thats about where it ends. I usually stay at a Hilton or Marriot but this was all that was available for this trip. Most hotels let you check in early but they made me wait till 3pm. The room is cheap looking and the walls are barren. They do not give you shampoo, conditioner,... More

Dear Matt P, Cleanliness is a top priority at our hotel, and we sincerely apologize for the conditions you encountered in your guest room during your stay. We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, because after further investigating your comments, we discovered that the window you shared a photo of actually had a ruptured inner ruptured pane which...
