My wife and I stay at the residence inn charlotte uptown and had a great time. the room was really nice and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We definitely will stay there again when we visit our son.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Charlotte. Great location right across from the mall and easy access to downtown, etc. Customer service is always fantastic and Monica in the breakfast area works her butt off. First time at this residence inn hotel and would definitely return. Beautiful views of downtown, contemporary interior and overall a very quiet hotel. Easy in and easy out to get onto the freeway. Management is very responsive on any topic that may arise!

Nice, large rooms. Has a good breakfast and happy hour in the bar. Covnenient to downtown, Carolina Panthers stadium, and right across the street from Duke Energy offices.

We stayed here last year and had a very nice stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was just as nice as could be! We will be back in the future. GO PANTHERS! :)
