I was in room 311. Internet was non existent 90% of time. I couldn’t stream/cast the Thursday NFL game. Housekeeping was by request (before noon). I requested and they did not show. They showed 2nd time I requested but I don’t feel I should have to ask twice. Slight smell when you first walked in but wasn’t feeling obvious throughout the room.

Hotel's Favorite
We originally booked our stay at another hotel downtown and we found out at check in that they didn't have what we needed for our stay (even though their website said they did smh.) We contacted Hilton Garden Inn North and they were able to accommodate us and also had exactly what we were looking for at the last minute and was cheaper. The person that made our reservation over the phone ( I believe her name was Keona) was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Was caught in bad weather and was delayed getting to hotel! They told me even if I had called them prior to arrival they wouldn’t be able to help me. So I was charged for a day I wasn’t even there! Manager was unprofessional and not considerate to situation at all!! Don’t stay at this location ever!!

What an absolutely incredible team! HGI Charlotte north was my home for three days while utilizing the banquet space to conduct business meetings, this staff went above and beyond at every turn to assist my small business and the many personal challenges that I was experiencing with technology and logistics! We left feeling a part of the family ! Way to go Tom and Joe!❤️

Staff was polite, however there is no communication with sales to daily staff. We had a group room rate with breakfast included. We had around 12-15 rooms booked. Once we all arrived we were all told that no one was booked under the group rate therefore we were unable to have the free breakfast. I spoke to the manager and 3 other staff members who all said the same thing. So we all missed saturdays breakfast. Once we got back after the tournament they still said that we had to pay for Sunday's breakfast. Staff seemed like it was an inconvenience to recheck because we all know that we were under the group rate. It wasn't until late Saturday night that one of the moms checked with staff again and they said they apologized it was a miscommunication from sales that we could have Sunday breakfast. On top of that numerous rooms had an ant problem and weren't clean at all.

I loved this hotel! Has everything a person could ask for- I was greeted by a friendly staff both times I checked in- I stayed here twice in the same week- once on a Sunday night and again on the following Friday. Both nights I stayed in a single room- was plenty of room for me and my wife- There is a nice outdoor area to sit and get some fresh air! My room was clean and spacious and I loved how there was soooo many pillows. Thank you Hilton for providing a great place to stay!

I am a Hilton Diamond Club Member and this hotel accommodations, staff, management lacks the Hilton brand. Hilton's motto to Guarantee is in 2 words 'NOT TRUE'. Room was old, carpet frayed, no alarm clock, room not cleaned, cleaning staff spoke no English's and could not communicate, outdoor patio seats had mold and unkept, computer room printer did not work even as Assistant manager tired as well. All Joe Luges and GM Tom Ferrell said was I am sorry. We just got bought and working to upgrade in 12+ months. Front staff told me I just work the front desk and cannot help. I have escalated this to Hilton. They promised to respond in 3 days. Let's see how they respond. I will update this review pending any response.

To be clear, Mr. David came in not happy with the way his room was booked, 3 nights , 1st 2 nights points and pay, final night he would pay. He came to the front desk after checking in frustrated that it was not booked the way he wanted it. I explained to him that because points are involved in his method of payment he would have to go through Hilton Honors. He wanted noting to do with that and insisted that we do it for him. I explained that the Diamond desk was very good at this and offered to call the Diamond desk from my personal cell phone for him, and did so on the spot, to try to satisfy him. When that was completed , he agreed to pay for the 2 nights with 60,000 points and cancel the 3rd night. Great! he seemed happy. He then was checking out and demanded to speak to me again. His concern was that he was charged $115.32 for his stay and the 60,000 points. I looked at it and apologized again and corrected then charge off and emailed his receipt to him, before he left the parking lot, as he refused to wait. Thinking all is well with him. Later that day he opened a Guest Assistance file saying he wanted to go back to paying the $115.32? and return his points?? At that point "I did buy him some points, To clarify, yes we recently were purchased and our new owners have committed to Hilton a complete remodeling in 4th 1/4 of 2023, so I do hope everyone comes to check out our Newly Remodeled Hotel in 2024!!

The people were nice, but the place was awful. Not only is it really, REALLY, worn out, but no one picks up in the halls, or elevator. Carpets in the halls are stained and terrible and carpet in the room was worse. I didn't want to walk barefoot in that room! I will never be staying here again.

nowhere near the Hilton quality! The lobby has been keep updated - if you like the art museum look - but the rooms are in disrepair especially the carpets and bathrooms. The "pool" is quite the joke. Sadly we got lured in by the Hilton name.

It’s a HGI about 3 brand cycles old. The lobby is updated but the rooms especially the bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. They are clean and the bed was fine but when the wallpaper is starting to peel off the walls of the bathroom, you know it’s time. I’d pick any newer Hilton brand before this hotel but it was fine for an overnight stay.
