Thank you for your candid review of the Omni Charlotte. It is disappointing for us to hear that the noise from a neighboring business put a damper on what otherwise sounds like a good stay. Stayed overnight with my wife on a layover in Charlotte. The staff was friendly...front desk, bell, door, valet staff were prompt and professional. The room was very nice and comfortable. I stayed in this hotel for my birthday. It was really amazing. We had a junior suite, and it was very big and wonderful. It is in a very great location in downtown Charlotte. Lots to do! The staff is amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and Im sure that i will go back!!! more

Great place to stay, my wife and I stayed one night in one of the junior suites (triangle shaped room). Check-in and out process was fast, room was really clean and staff was great. Stayed 4 nights in late December. The OMNI Charlotte has an unbeatable location in downtown Charlotte. Everything is nearby, within walking distance. Our room was ok, but a bit "old". The Omni is located in positon A+ for activities in downtown Charlotte. It is next to the Bank of America complex, a block from Bobcats arena and many restaurants are within a 2 - 3 block walking distance.
