Hotel was newly redone. Front desk staff were always helpful throughout the stay. Room was very nicely done and modern. Breakfast was OK. Less than two blocks to Epicentre entertainment and restaurant center and to the light rail line. Would definitely stay here again. Good job!

Right next to the time Warner arena made this a prime location for attending the bobcats/ hornets bball game. The pool was small but attractive up on a higher floor with views of the city. Breakfast was first rate with made to order omelets, a real deal for being an included perk at this newer hotel.

stayed for one night while passing through town. good location in walking distance to shops and restaurants. very close to the bus/train depot, and right next door to the hornets arena. there is construction going on which shut the street down out front, which does result in some noise that could be heard in the room. not disruptive to sleep... Awesome place to stay in the city. Close to everything and a great price for what you get. My wife and I stayed here for 2 non-consecutive nights in the same week and had a great experience both times. The rooms are the best, roomy and clean, the staff was great, and you can walk to virtually everything that City... More

I stayed here in July for the Justin Timberlake concert which was right next door at the Time Warner Arena (literally a 1 minute walk). There was also an AKA sorority convention in town, so it was packed. The hotel has a great location. Close to everything, but still a little ways away from the crowds. The hotel is modern... More

We stayed here two nights over the Labor Day weekend. The staff was super friendly and took care of us from the moment we arrived at the valet and the front desk. Our room was smaller than expected and overlooked the small pool (not a good location on wknds unless you want to be woken by children having an early... More

Hyatt House Charlotte never disappoints me. It's Labor Day Weekend and the Concierge greets you with a warm smile. On this weekend it was full occupancy on Saturday multiple Wedding Guest celebrating Love. The Hyatt House Charlotte staff was amazing a smooth well organized staff. Friends were in town from Myrtle Beach they stayed at Hilton an Executive Suite. Nice... More

I've made countless business trips to Charlotte, but this was my first time staying at Hyatt House. I was very pleased with my stay - the hotel was modern, clean, and classy without being pretentious. The included breakfast was good in the morning, wifi was free, and location is close to the Epicenter and other Uptown restaurants/attractions. I also used... More

Stayed here for 6 nights for work. I would highly recommend it as the place to stay. The staff were all friendly, the room was well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice having a full fridge, microwave and stove top. Breakfast was excellent and the ladies making the omlets do great work. I din't meet any... More

both streets at this intersection are being redone. The area has many one way streets with several nearby surrounding intersections closed off. GPS is completely useless then. There are public parking lots right across the street and I didn't mind my car being outside overnight. The Epic Center is just up the hill a block or so, a small mall... More
