Being a travel agency owner, I am always looking for the best places to stay. The Hyatt Place Charlotte City Park meets every need! They have large rooms that have a sectional sofa, wet bar, spacious desk with internet service. The hotel has a great upscaled Jocks and Jills sports bar in the opposite parking lot which has great food... More

They Hyatt is a great place to stay. The room is very spacious with a sectional couch and large flat screen. The bed is comfortable and the staff (particulary Lisa) is very helpful. I would stay at the Hyatt again. If I had to be critical, the bathroom is really small and the location is a bit far from downtown.

Was able to stay at the Hyatt Place Charlotte City Park, and it was a very pleasant experience. Hotel grounds, lobby and rooms were very clean and tidy. Excellent place to stay for an overnight very close to the airport, with availability of a shuttle. Wonderful people working at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
