Paid 46.00 a night thru Hotwire which rated this hotel 3 stars. NOT! 2 stars (being nice). Would have been very upset if I paid more for this room. The hotel is very bland. Hard beds, small pillows, lots of stations to choose from on t.v. Would I return? Probably not,unless I was very low on cash! more

stayed for six nights at 69.00/night. service was awful. rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. ... my debit card was debited twice(my sister and I stayed at the same hotel. I made the reservations in my name) They failed to swipe my sister's card twice.. once upon checkin and once on checkout. we checked out at different hours..... more

We got the room through Hotwire--which inappropriately rated it 2.5 stars. It is no more than a 1. We stayed here so we could leave our car and get shuttled to the airport for an early flight and picked up on the return. The room was clean but that was it for ++. We got Crystal at the front desk... more

For $43 a night the hotel was perfect. Free wireless was a surprise. The rooms were fine but not fancy. Not even Marriott Courtyard in quality. We needed a low price though and it delivered. more

This was our second time staying there. The front desk staff, especially Jackie made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was filling. Only problem was the sink stopper in the bathtub didn't work. But that was so minor. I would definitely stay there again. more

I stayed here for 2 nights when I went to see Dallas play the Panthers... I would NEVER stay here again!! It was smelled and was dirty with stains on the furniture, carpets and walls!! Our door wouldn't lock and we had to change our room 3 times!! The heath department should close this place down!! more

The Country Suites at the Charlotte airport is a dump. The hotel smells like mold and has water stains everywhere (furniture, carpet) They don't clean all the rooms every day, the staff was not helpful or cared if you were miserable.
