My friend and I stayed at this hotel for convenience as it is located near the Time Warner Cable Arena and we had tickets to a concert there. Aloft was a very cool place to stay for the price ($129). I routinely pay that much for a suburban Hampton Inn. I'm not fussy either, but I was shocked at how horribly unorganized this hotel was. First of all, there was only one working elevator to take us from the Aloft to the levels of the Epicenter and the parking garage. We had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes every single time we took that elevator. The service was non-existent.... more

Haley checked us in and she was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the area and the resturants we were interested in.
