Very spacious rooms, a whole "living room" area with large couch in every room. Very clean. Great staff. Great place to stay if visiting Carrowinds. I have stayed twiceand haven't been disappointed yet.

Hyatt Place Arrowood is a very nice place to stay. Nicely furnished room with sofa, ottoman, desk and desk chair, and kitchen area. Breakfast included some unique and tasty egg sandwich creations, in addition to all the usual choices in a breakfast-included hotel. other choices. Staff was helpful. It seemed like a quiet area, with lovely plantings.

This hotel appears to be lacking maintenance. Cracked sink, towel holder barely hanging on the wall, heater not working. I love the space and set-up. Just wish the property was properly kept up. Unfortunately, the poor conditions will likely send me to the hotel down the road next time.
