This hotel allows smoking and it reeks throughout the rooms. I was in a non smoking room on the 4th floor. I woke up one night to the smell of weed. The rooms are small. They are OK decorated, I've been in the new Sleep Inn which are nice. This particular hotel needs to follow the no smoking policy. Smokers... More

Priceline Express deal booked because of 2-1/2 star rating. Hoped to stay at thriving next exit north, but this stinker slipped in with higher rating than it deserves. Poor location at dead exit without decent food. Battered woodwork, dr hung upside down, no tub/shower, tv remote didn't work. All the signs of careless decadence. Allows pets, which you don't know until... More

I would first like to say that the staff here was great, except for the manager Greg. I was charge a fee for "smoking inside of the room" I never once smoked inside the room nor my guest. Check in was a smooth process everything was great until I had two police officers knocking on my door stating that they... More

This was our second stay at the hotel. Both times we stayed at this hotel we attended sporting events at Bank of America Stadium. It is about a $10-15, 10-15 minute (assuming no traffic) Uber ride to Bank of America Stadium for reference. While we had no trouble finding the hotel (it is right where the GPS says it is)... More

Pros: GREAT bed and pillows. Dirt cheap. Continental Breakfast. Not too far out of Charlotte. Cons: TEPID water = miserable, small shower, dirty rugs, overall just a bit dingy. If you are just looking for a cheap stay that will give you no enjoyment, look no farther.

We had a very nice stay. We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was delicious. I love the waffles. Rooms were very clean and nice. Only problem was a little hard to find, but we managed to find it since it is back off the road.

This was the worst room we have ever stayed in..First of all the smell of urine was so bad I could not breathe ..Had to take benedryl to sleep..The door and wall and floor were covered in pink silly string (which we let front desk know)...she did not apologize or offer to clean up..The chair is all stained, the refrigerator was... Upon my wife and I arriving we were greeted in a friendly manor. Our room was on the 5th floor. The room was clean and we enjoyed the nice TV, refrigerator, microwave. We wish there was a ice machine on our floor verses having to go back to the 1st floor. Very quiet .

I found my room to be clean and comfortable. It was small (double beds) and had a great fridge/freezer. The bed slept well. The lighting in my room could have been much better. I would turn the light on over the bathroom sink but it would turn off after a certain amount of time. The breakfast was the usual continental... More

Average hotel. Easy access to interstate. Room was clean but small. Biggest bummer was the FREEZING cold pool. Traveled with my children who were looking forward to swimming. We are from the mountains and used to swimming in the freezing cold river and this pool was colder than a mountain river! Not heated- this was a big let down as... More
