We just needed a place to sleep and this location served that purpose. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The only downside was that the bathroom was very small. The location was ok and the check in and check out process was nice and easy.

My first time in Charlotte and got stuck due to a snowstorm. So I tried to make the best situation out of none and booked a local cheap room at the Econolodge. As soon as I walked in I noticed it was an old building. I walked in to an Indian man at the front desk yelling at customers barely... More

The room was decent but the bathroom was in rough shape and had some black mode. The continental breakfast was not good at all. Very limited assortment. Price I paid for room was good as I wouldn't want to have paid anymore than I did. The bed was comfortable and clean.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Upon check-in at 2PM, we were greeted by a not so friendly employee at the front desk. My group and I were attending the Giants/Panthers football game that afternoon so we took the keys and left for the game after check-in. We did not go into the room at... More

This hotel was ok, no major issues. Everything appeared clean and tidy. The sheets didn't fit the beds properly and kept getting rumpled, but other than that, the room was decent. The TV worked fine with plenty of channels. Some highway noise but nothing to keep you awake. Breakfast was pretty lousy; just cold cereal and some bread for toast.... More

THis hotel was ok to stay in, not exceptionally clean buy did not feel dirty. THey say they offer breakfast, but really it is aweful, it is an older cheap hotel, you get what you pay for.

Despite the reviews here I still stayed here because we needed a place to rest our head as we traveled to West Virginia. The reviewers on expedia gave it a decent review and they were a bit more current than the ones here. I should've followed what was said here. The place had an odor of a bad indian restaurant...
