I had missed my connection at the Charlotte airport, and US Air made arrangements for me to stay at the Sleep Inn. What a nightmare. The hotel's shuttle to and from the airport was filthy and smelled terrible. The hotel was not much better. Although my room appeared to have been renovated recently, the bathroom was falling apart - toilet... More

The room was in the process of being "remodeled" and there was no closet in it. OK, can deal with that, but then I got the Big Surprise. I climbed into bed and felt something on my feet, so I pulled back the sheets to find a condom wrapper at the foot of the bed in the sheets. Clearly, the... More

Dear Sir: I would like to appologize for not having a satisfying stay at our hotel. I assure you that all our bedding is replaced daily. I have taken action on this matter and the house keeper that serviced your room prior to the arrival is no longer employed. I would like to humbly request you to give us another... More

The hotel had been recently renovated and it looked great, the only problem we had was the sliding bathroom doors - they were a little heavy and not a good way to close it and open it. The cost was excellent, the breakfast was ample and a good variety. We were in town for the Belk Bowl, good location, easy... More

Rooms are not so expensive but are clean and freshly remodeled. They have an outdoor pool and small exercise room, not a gym. Breakfast is free and consists if basic cereals and juices and also a waffle iron. Worth the money and I would definitely recommend it. Not a luxury place but not luxury prices either.

Hotel was adequate and clean. Breakfast bar lacked items compared to other hotels within the same price range, ie they offered hot eggs and sausage items. Plenty of hotel parking. I gave this hotel 4 stars due breakfast bar and the flat screen tv mount was loose and TV would wobble if you tried to turn it in any direction.... More

like DCC's review, we also had a connecting flight canceled and stayed here overnight, and Miss Karen was our van driver. From the moment she picked up our group, the hassle of the delay subsided. She was helpful with suggestions, helped us plan to get to the airport on time the next morning, and made sure we received complimentary toiletries.... More

To begin, let me say that the shuttle driver, Miss Karen, was the highlight of a very bad situation for us!!! After sitting at the US Air terminal in Charlotte waiting for our 3:30 pm flight to leave, we were informed finally after repeated delays, at 11:30 pm, the flight had been canceled due to a "lack of a complete... This hotel was newly remodeled but our room had no closet! Breakfast was ok. I had a fresh waffle everyday. Location was perfect for us to get to my daughter's house in Charlotte. Traffic could be tough at times. This is my third time here & will probably return for the price.

Good hotel for the price. Beds are comfy, modern furnishings, rooms are roomy. Shower's a little cramped but the hot water feels great. It's got a good desk to work on, internet is decent, breakfast is standard fare. Pretty close to the interstate and has enough restaurants around to stay local. As indicated by others, the hotel outweighs the price,... More

Stayed one night, remodeling going on. Room freshly redone, hall way in progress. Found it odd there was not a closet in the room. Would stay there again if I ever come back to the area. Friendly staff, and simple continental breakfast.
