This would make my second stay at the Extended Stay America. If I would have known this one was way better than the first one I stayed in, I would've stayed here first. I enjoyed the full kitchen and the extra space the room provided. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. I would recommend choosing this one over the... More

My non-smoking room smelled like someone just left after smoking a pack of cigarettes. Could not change the room. Could not cancel the reservation without paying a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights stay. Carpet was old and did not look like it was vacuumed and bed sheets were stained, but the sheets still appeared to be clean. Pulled back... More

I booked two nights here but ended up only staying one night. When we arrived the woman working the front desk said she could not find our reservation in their computer. She was very nice and clearly flustered that this was happening, however it was frustrating to us. I had my confirmation email and kept offering the confirmation number but... More

You get what you pay for. The rooms are dark and dimly lit. I think They are saving money by skimping on lightbulbs. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the shower had sufficient water pressure. While these two important hotel room criteria were met, that's about it. The refrigerator was clean, but I was reluctant to touch anything else. I... More

I arrived late and left early. The room was great and I slept good! There was a little noise outside at times, but was not due to a neighborhood. Probably due to current residents. Breakfast is small, but just enough.

My boyfriend and I happened upon this place because our usual hotel and the other nice places nearby were sold out. We frequent Concord for work, and would rather sleep in our car than go back to this place. The receptionist who checked us in at night was friendly and assured us that it should be no problem for us... More

Dirty rooms, Rude hotel attendants. Worst experience I have ever had. Attendants refused to clean room or tranfer to another clean room. The night attendants also refused a refund for the stay.I was not able to shower because of unclean bathroom. The hotel refused to accommodate me.

The room is wonderful. Pool is always clean. There is a small lake behind the hotel that's beautiful. The staff is are wonderful! The room has been renovated and is very nice and even comes with a oven and a 4 burner stove. Full fridge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying.

The room was recently semi-renovated, but the fridge and stove were VERY old and the fridge was even missing most of it's seal around the door. The kitchen comes bare to the bone. No utensils, no coffee maker, no pots, nothing at all. You have to actually request every individual item from the front desk. Too much of a hassle.... More
