There are signs everywhere stating this is a smoke-free hotel...well it's not! The people in the room next to me were smoking all night! I complained and was told this is a smoke free hotel...well hello? no one checked for me, and they did not offer me a room change. The entire 6th floor reeked of stale dirty cigarettes. The... More

Stayed here while in town to pick my daughter up from the airport for her spring break visit to Boone. The hotel was fully booked for the CIAA tournament. While walking through the corridors, I could hear voices coming out of every room and worried if I would be able to get any sleep with all the noise. I'm happy... More

I stayed at this property for one night in room 419 a double/double room. This is an older property that has had minimal updates to stay current. PRO’s • Room was fairly clean • OK bed with decent pillows • 32” Flatscreen is commonplace • Basic breakfast is included CON’s • THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS PETS • Baseline property with few... More

This hotel is good for an over night stopover whilst waiting for flight to an onward destination. Once at the airport we phoned for the shuttle which arrived after 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and helpful and from the outside the hotel looked promising. The receptionist was helpful an in no time we were booked in and had our... More

NIce, clean room, great bed- the ac was not responsive and the room was cold. My husband slept in a sweat shirt because we came in late and had to leave early the next morning- so didn't want to change rooms or otherwise get involved in complaints.

Very pleasant experience staying for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms had very comfy beds and were immaculately clean, with relatively new equipment throughout. Special mention deserved by "Ms Mary". What a wonderfully helpful lady. Great WiFi. Only niggling complaint would be, and it seems common to ALL hotels in the <$300 per night range in the... More

Room was nice, clean, and could not be heated above 60 degrees. Despite three "resets" of the heating unit, and a dismantiling of the heater, I was left to shiver in my room. Mind you, this was on a very cold night, and the hotel was apparently overbooked. So I guess I didn't have much of a choice.

La quinta is the first preference for us when we have to stay in a hotel and this hotel didn't disappoint in any way . Ample parking space, easy access, clean rooms , decent breakfast , friendly staff - all at a decent budget .They let us check in early and check out late. Very accommodating. If I have to... More

We were pleased with the friendly staff, prompt airport shuttle, larger-than-typical breakfast with waffles, breads, yogurt, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, juice, hard-boiled eggs. Prior to writing this review I saw comments about mold in the elevators. I am extremely sensitive/allergic to mold, and I did not notice any such problem in this hotel. The problem had been rectified prior... More

The room smelled overwhelmingly of sweat and metal, maybe copper. I brewed a cup of coffee to try and make the smell go away and it was an ok temporary fix. We paid for the deluxe room and I could not figure out what made it deluxe. The bathroom opened by some rickety closet doors. The only plus was that... More
