Everything starting with "the most polite, courteous, completely helpful service" - to cleanliness, - to "swift response to our needs" and everything else that could be graded. was 100percent perfect! We will search for QUALITY INN room availabilities first and foremost everytime we tavel, and even if we were to need a "Break-From-Home" and just want a nice place to... More

Usually I can roll with the punches if we are traveling cross country and I need only a midnight accommodation. Got in late at Chapel Hill and we stayed here. Downstairs room smelling like stale smoke. Then I sat down on the couch to look at our next days itinerary and my bare arm just rubbed against the couch that... More

And stay somewhere else. Bathroom was filthy with trash on the floor and crap on the toilet seat. There was hair in the sink and the carpet had not been vacumed. We got to the hotel tonight and there were 3charter buses taking up at least 25 to 30 parking spaces along with work trailers and dumpsters taking up more.... More

We wanted an inexpensive place for one night when passing through. This place was clean and basic. No surprises. I would stay here again, because of the price. Nothing to write home about, just your average hotel room.

MUCH better than I expected for the price. The rooms have been remodeled, there is a nice courtyard with picnic tables, having a fridge and microwave in the room was a huge plus. Downside: the double beds were very small...really not for two people. My bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly...there was a used towel hanging on the door and the tub... More

Graduation weekend at UNC and Duke propelled the Quality Inn's prices to $200 per night. Although it's not a $200 a night hotel, the QI was fine, and better than expected after reading some 2013 TA reviews of its slippage following its buyout of the Hampton Inn. Room was fine, t.v. worked. No need for in room coffee maker, since... More

My husband and I booked almost 9 months in advance for the 5 days in May 2014 for the UNC graduation. We had to pay in full in February. The rooms were about $200 a night for several nights and not their usual rate but there were very few other places available. In May we found out that my husband... More

Fairly well kept a slightly older hotel. No interior hallways. All rooms exit to outdoors. Lamp between beds was hanging by wires, very dangerous, could tell they tried to glue it before. Told front desk, they seemed concerned, so that was good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast fare. As long as coffee, waffles and yogurt I... More

The accommodations were clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and nice staff. An older hotel but kept fairly well. The linens were fresh, and furnishings have been updated. Close to University Mall. A little difficult to find but if you are aware of that and looking for it, it's not too bad. Nice grounds.

I was expecting a 2nd tier older, and cheaper hotel am happy to report that this facility is well maintained, clean and as modern as could be considering the older construction. Decent and quiet location.
