This reservation came about at the last minute and I turned to TripAdvisor for suggestions. Found this location was close to my meeting spot so grabbed it. Was I ever so pleasantly surprised! Lovely garden entrance, felt like I was driving up to an Italian villa. Finishing touches are everywhere from streetside piazza setting with umbrellas and tables, fountain, etc.... More

This hotel is wonderful in every way! The check in was fast and efficient. We were exhausted as it was midnight . We were greeted by smiling faces, cool drinks and freshly baked biscotti. The room was beautifully appointed. In my opinion this is definitely a 4 star hotel. Lots of marble and lots of gold. Beautifully decorated. my son... More

We come to Chapel Hill a couple of times a year for a sporting event and try to stay here as much as possible. I love this hotel. The staff here are amazingly polite and helpful. I love the free shuttle uptown on the weekends and to the football stadium. The place is in super condition. The rooms are very... More

Great hotel for relaxing and dining. We enjoyed two packages, one including dinner and breakfast, the other breakfast and champagne. Room was large, quiet even though on the main road. Service impeccable. All the staff were friendly and attentive. When I made a special request for my breakfast, it was not a problem. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a... More

My friends and I stayed at the Siena hotel for a girls weekend. Everyone was extremely helpful and the boutique hotel is SO much nicer than the chains. The hotel is very easy to get to. Even though the downtown area is a little far for walking distance, they offer free shuttle service and will drop you wherever you want... More

My wife arranged a special birthday stay and small dinner (at the Il Palio restaurant in the hotel) with our family for my 75th birthday. The room, a small suite, was perfect in every respect. The big shower with multiple spray nozzles was a real treat. The turn down service, which was done by a very pleasant lady, solved one... More

We stayed here 2 nights to attend our nephew's wedding. The hotel was one of the hotel options from the bride & groom's wedding website. I checked out the Siena's website before making the reservation. I saw that it was a Marriott "Autograph" property. We have stayed at an Autograph property before and loved the brand's unique, local ambiance. We... More

3 nights last week at the Siena Hotel while I was in town on business. There aren't many high end hotel options in the area, but the Siena very nicely fills that gap. Rooms are clean, comfortable, bathrooms nicely laid out and appointed, service excellent, health club more than adequate. The Siena is in a great location, close to downtown... More

We stayed at this hotel for one overnight on a road trip. It was better than any other place we stayed on the road. The level of service was noteworthy. The in-house restaurant was good. Good Italian ( for North Carolina). Excellent breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised as we had chosen the hotel simply bc it was dog-friendly and inexpensive.
