The hotel has a lovely entrance and rooms but the facility does not offer amenities that make it that wonderful of an experience. The rooms are very spacious and bathroom was gorgeous. I was told the fitness center is use of the local YMCA. According to reviews, maybe there is a fitness center - maybe part of the on-going renovations.... More

Sadly, my daughter and I only had one night at this lovely hotel. Beautiful lobby with sleek, professional staff. Our large, nicely appointed room had an amazing shower and amenities. In the morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast and coffee. A definite repeat place to stay should we come back to Chapel Hill.

I'm not sure exactly what makes a hotel a 4 diamond, but this one although very nice didn't meet my expectations. I stayed 2 nights and wasn't in the hotel that much. The facade, lobby and location are all very nice. The check-in service was excellent, the beds was comfortable and the bathroom impressive. Also the hotel was very quiet.... More

I was in town for only one night, but I would have been happy to stay longer. The hotel is charming. Staff is made up of young college students from UNC, so they have to be smart, right? ;-) the room is quiet, well appointed, and very clean. The bed is comfy, and the bedding is nice and heavy. If... The Siena is a Marriott Signature hotel located about 1.5 miles from Chapel Hill. Service is superb, doors always held and greeted by 'Welcome Back'. Restaurant is excellent with authentic Italian food. Fruit, tea, coffee is available throughout day and night. Immediate area has shopping, restaurants and grocery stores like Whole Foods. UNC-Chapel Hill only 1 mile down the road... More

We stayed at the Siena Chapel Hill this past weekend. From check-in to check-out, everything was as described. Each member of the staff was extremely helpful. I felt the restaurant was a little pricey for lunch, but it is a 4 Star property....you don't expect to pay Hilton Garden prices! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was almost like an... I travel 50% for my career. That can be good or bad largely depending on the hotel/restaurant experiences. If I need to visit Raleigh or Chapel Hill, there is no decision when it comes to where I prefer to stay. This hotel is the nicest hotel I've ever experienced. From Raven at the desk, to the unnamed guy scrubbing the... More

We stayed one night on the Grand Romance Package to celebrate an anniversary and it was a wonderful stay. The staff was very attentive and made our stay feel special. We were upgraded to a suite and every detail was taken care of.... chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling wine, robes. Dinner at Il Palio was fabulous, breakfast the next morning in... More

This hotel is great! Unfortunately I was only here for one night--checked in in the evening and checked out early the next morning. If I am ever traveling in the area again, I will definitely stay here! My very short experience with this hotel was excellent. Very nice hotel, grounds, and rooms. Staff was very courteous and helpful. If you... More

We stayed in the corner 4th floor king room . It was quiet and spacious! Everything was very clean. It was a birthday celebration so they had Prosecco and chocolate dipped strawberries in the room as requested. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that we could open up the french doors to the outside even though there is no... More
