I have stayed at The Siena many times over the years. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfy.....and I love the room service! It has always been a wonderful retreat at the end of the day. Put your feet up, order some pasta bolognese and a plate of biscotti!

We stayed at The Siena while my daughter was visiting UNC and from the moment we walked in the front door we knew we had made an excellent choice. The staff was competent, friendly, and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The driver was extremely helpful and offered great insights into the city and the college as he... More

In all respects, this Marriott Autograph Collection hotel is a gem. It is very convenient to the downtown historic district, the UNC campus and a shopping mall that one could walk to. The hotel also operates an on demand shuttle to points within a 5 mile radius. All staff were unfailingly helpful always willing to go the extra mile. Our... More

Traveled with my husband a another couple to Chapel Hill to pick up our daughter from a college visit. We decided to make it an overnight so we could relax and have dinner/drinks without having to drive. one of our friends went to school at UNC Chapel Hill and had always wanted to stay at the Siena so we booked... The staff upgraded our room before we arrived because I had said in our reservation that it was our anniversary. Beautiful large room with king size bed, two white leather chaise lounges and gorgeous bathroom. Only problem encountered was that our room was over the front area of hotel and at midnight a group from a wedding came in from... More

My son and I just spent two nights with 2 of our buddies here in this very nice non-standard Marriott property. Not much about it reminded me of Italy (it's located near a famous chicken and biscuit drive-thru!), but the lobby was comfortable, the rooms were large and boasted a nifty modern decor, the coffee was free in the morning,... Nice Italian style building located a few miles from downtown Chapel Hill restaurants. Easy entrance and exit from hotel parking lot. There was always a number of spaces left fro us to park even after going out for dinner. Lobby has marbled floors with 2 TVs and 2 computers. There is a small lounge on the right when you enter... I have read all of the reviews and I have to say I didn't see what everyone was so excited about. It is a very nice hotel. The staff when I arrived was very professional and courteous. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Water in the shower was lukewarm at best. The fire alarm going off at 1:30 revealed a... More

We went here to celebrate our anniversary and had another memorable experience. Everything was perfect from check-in through checkout the next morning. We booked the "date night special" and it is a fantastic package that included breakfast for two, a beautiful room. cocktails and an appetizer in the bar for two, and a $100.00 gift certificate to be used in... I have stayed at the Siena on multiple occasions and have always had an outstanding experience. Every time I return it is like visiting family, the staff always remembers my wife and I and goes out of their way to ensure every faucet of our stay is exceptional. Anthony (the hotel manager) is amazing and always goes the extra mile... More
