We are Marriott Platinum members and have stayed in Renaissance, JW Marriott and Autograph Collection properties throughout the U.S. and Europe. The Siena Hotel was a luxurious experience from the moment we arrived. Staff greeted us at the door; front desk & restaurant staff was welcoming. The staff is clearly focused on providing an excellent guest experience. The Italian-influenced décor... More

The title is not only a bad pun but not even very original, but it nevertheless fits. The Siena is an over the top (maybe even Rococo) Tuscan style hotel. While it is certainly not laid back in style, it has much to charm. Not the least is its wonderful staff. I was more than pleased with everyone from the... More

I remember coming here once or twice as a kid when visiting family. It enchants me just as much now as an adult as it did when I was a child. Yes, it's possible to lace a hotel with the most indulgent decor and eschew all that is tawdry. I love the way it looks and feels: "Wealth." Sometimes that's... More

This was my second stay at this wonderful hotel. Each stay, has been a memorable experience. The staff really could not be better. When I walked into the lobby after a long drive, the front desk staff and the bellman greeted me like a friend. Check-in was effortless, and my room was just beautiful. I had requested a quiet room,... More

Let me start by saying I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year for business. This is a great hotel very close to UNC Chapel Hill. Service is great. Platinum Marriott Rewards members get a free breakfast in the restaurant. Bathrooms are really nice. It's not a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons but at $150ish rates, you will not... More

We came to Chapel Hill for a campus visit of UNC and chose The Siena simply because it was a Marriott hotel. What a wonderful surprise! From the doormen who open the door EVERY time you enter, to the personalized one-on-one check in, to the hotel to campus (and return) shuttle service they provided (while allowing us to leave our... Our daughter is a student at UNC Chapel Hill and we have stayed at the Siena every time we are there to visit. From the minute you walk into the lobby you feel special. The staff is so accommodating and check in is always a breeze. The rooms are beautiful and always spotless. We use the van service to and... More

What a treat to find the Siena, a Marriott Autograph Selection. The service was A+ and the breakfast was so good we chose to eat in everyday of our stay. If Chapel Hill is where u=you want to be, this property is perfect. It has a touch and feel of both France and Italy and you will feel the relaxed... More

I have stayed at the Sienna many times. It's character is a little different this year as it is now a Marriott signature property, but it is still a very pleasent place to stay. The room is well kept, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Gone is the big southern breakfast that I really loved. All around nice home... More

A nice change of pace from the corporate america hotel scene. Courteous staff and an all around great experience. Everything about the room is great from the marble bathroom floors to the HD television programming. I will be staying here again.
