What a lovely visit we had at the Siena Hotel! Emerald Clark, who works the front desk, was kind, thorough and professional in listening to my health needs while attending appointments at Duke Medical and UNC Chapel Hill. And Sarah Angel, the housekeeping manager, did one fantastic job in preparing the room! Our accommodations were clean, quiet, spacious. The French... More

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to UNC. The staff was welcoming and accomodating, the room was great and slept three very comfortably in two queen beds. With 24 hour access to the gym, there were no excuses to avoiding a workout. We appreciated and utilized the hotel shuttle around town. We ate at Il Palio twice and... More

From check in to check out the staff at the Siena was excellent. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us in every respect. These are nice and professional people. The room itself was fresh clean with excellent design features. The room had all of the expected items: a refrigerator, an ironing board, a safe and robs. There... More

Visited Chapel Hill to reunite with family and college friends. Hotel was excellent, quality throughout, convenient adjoining rooms, great location. Il Palio was exceptional for breakfast, dinner and drinks. Our reservations included breakfast as a package, which did not get recorded on the hotel's system. I needed management help to rectify. Not an issue. Overall, great value, great experience. Would... More

My wife and I recently stayed here prior to an early appointment at Duke University Medical center. Upon arrival we were told that breakfast would be available at 6:30. This would provide an opportunity to have breakfast and make our appointment time. As pl;atinum members we were offered breakfast or 750 reward points. We took the breakfast. We arrived at... More

Stayed for 4 nights over Christmas, 2 rooms. At check-in I requested rooms at the back of the hotel as Franklin St. can be very busy, but when we got to the rooms, what? They faced Franklin St.! We did get the rooms changed, but I should point out that basically, The Siena, while very nice, is located in the... More

We have stayed at the Siena several times recently and have found it to be a good value, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to the attractions in Chapel Hill and the Triangle. This most recent stay revealed a pleasant surprise: they are now under the Marriott umbrella and that is a good thing in my judgment. The rooms are spacious and... More

We stayed over a weekend, it was pretty busy at check in but it went very smooth. Got a 2 doublebed room which was very spacious with a nice sitting area. Location is good and not to far from downtown Chapel Hill. Breakfast at the hotel was very pleasent tasting. Next time in the area this will be our choice... More

My husband and I were in Chapel Hill for the night and stayed at the Siena. We loved our stay and recommend it highly. The staff was awesome, the rooms were comfy/quiet, and the restaurant was delicious. We stayed in a standard King room which was very nice. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel.
