I needed an extended stay and expected more from this chain. I originally booked a room at the Extended Stay America (2 doors away), but was unhappy with the lack of amenities, such as only 37 channels (5 ESPN), extremely loud bathroom fan, poor WiFi, and tight quarters. I have stayed with Extended Stay in the past, but after this experience I never will again. I was scheduled to stay at this hotel for 6-weeks, but moved on because my vehicle was damaged by material from the hotel building while parked in the hotel parking lot. This is a flop house. It is dumpy. The rooms are from a B-movie hotel set. They have a hard time telling which rooms are smoking and non-smoking since they seem to have their own unique smell to them. I was given a non-smoking room which in fact a normal person would call the room an "ashtray". I would not... more
