Staff was great at first, Internet says the place is pet friendly. However, they don't tell you up front to register your pet. This place was only decent on the outside. First of all the stench of smoke in both rooms used by my family, each posted as "Non Smoking" with plaques affixed to doors. Man with reservations was very rude! Called to verify reservation and he couldn't even find it! So I told him I guess there was no need to cancel since they didn't even reserve my room. This place has tried hard and it shows but the clientele is not great and the bar is a magnet for noise and disruptions. The police were here at least twice each night. Management tried to be accommodating but only to a point. If you have a pet, this is your only option unless you rent a cabin.

Staff is always is very helpful. We have stayed on several different occasions. Off season the prices can't be beat. We normally only get to travel of season and only had one problem the TV didn't work as soon as the clerk was notified we were moved. The staff take pride in their jobs and in their customer service.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend and had a great time. The staff was friendly, the food at the Lazy Pirate, the on site sports bar, was fantastic and the location is perfect, easy walking to distance to any thing you might want to do at CB! We will be back
