We stayed a few nights nothing to do at all. One of the maintenence men is a big pain in the rear. He was constantly at our site telling us what to do. Wouldn't let our visitors swim in the pool. The interstate noise keeps you awake all night.

The location is the biggest negative for this KOA. I was driving the BR Pkwy and tent camping; this was a poor choice, but I was in a bind. Staff not so great. Bathrooms clean but a tad outdated. They have one tent site, which is grassy (+), but sandwiched between the power tower and dump station (-). I could... More

We should have read the reviews prior to staying. You hear the interstate noise all night. Another traveler commented earlier about the staff....RUDE!!!! is an UNDERSTATEMENT. We won't stay there again - we moved to another campground that is INCREDIBLE - Campfire Lodgings AWESOME!!

We stayed here in our class a motor home. Site was all concrete like a parking lot and very narrow. It was very close to interstate 40 and we heard truck traffic all night. Was difficult to unhook toad because of tight roadways. There was no mountain, Asheville, atmosphere at all. The parks on the east side if town are... More

My parents and I stayed in the RV kabin last night. It had a futon and bunk beds in it. It also had a mini fridge, a bathroom, a TV, and a microwave. It was very clean upon arrival and we really appreciated the fact that the heater was already on whenever we arrived. The beds were semi-uncomfortable but it... More

We stayed 1 night in a 1 bedroom cabin while visiting Biltmore Homeschool Festival 2014. Cabin was quaint and clean, wish we could have stayed longer. Much to our surprise, the foam mattresses on both the twin bunk beds and the full sized bed were very comfortable. The cabins are set up in almost a circle, with a community kitchen... More

We stayed at this campground in June we were in the area for a family wedding. Normally we take the RV but this time we opted to stay in a cabin instead. The cabins were very clean and located close to the front office. Ours had a bathroom in it but the one up front was so clean that we... More

We just stayed one night in a kamping Kabin. Loved how these cabins were set up. All of them surround a kamping kitchen. Awesome big fire pit for all cabins with a few swings surrounding it. The pool was really clean. Will definitely come back!

This campground has very narrow RV sites. The sites are very close together and not maintained very well. Not much grassy areas and the grass was unkept. They said they had patio sites but in reality there is only one patio site. The noise from the interstate is very loud. Not a place to stay for more than one day.
