My family & I rented one of the village homes managed by the Outer Banks Motel. We had full access to the motel's pool & linen service which was nice and convenient. Our house was very spacious & equipped for a beach week. However, our dished were filthy when we arrived and the decor was extremely outdated. The sheets &... more

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Outer Banks Motel, and found it to be quite relaxing. The location is great. There are several different options for rooms. We stayed in room 201 which is what they term and "Efficiency", I believe. (It had a decent sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a toaster). The room was old, and definitely... more

We love the Outer Banks and will definitely return; however we will not stay at the Outer Banks Motel. We paid $1452 for one week in a beach house. The house was really close to the ocean ...the location was great. The house was not all all what I expected. It was in desperate need of an upgrade. It had... more

We had an efficiency, which had just everything we needed. Older room and stuff, but all ok, and just what I want at the beach. We loved the screened in porch, where we could sit and watch the ocean. Clean pool, just right temp. with nice hot tub to relax in! Walking distance to Diamond Shoals restaurant for great fish... more

This has been the third time that we have stayed here in the last several months. Although it is an older establishment I have found it to be a great location with the Island Perks Diner across the street, Diamond Shoals Restaurant just down the street and several other eateries close by. We can see the ocean from our room... more

From the pictures, this hotel does not look like much, but once you get there, it was a really cool place. It was December so we pretty much had the motel to ourselves with the exception of one other family (that was all I saw at least). We were in room number 7 and we could not have been closer... more

We asked for a 2 bdrm cabin for a night & they gave us a 3 bdrm for the 2 bdrm price of $188. It was spacious and fairly clean. But when we turned down the master bedroom sheets there were long dark hairs on the top and inbetween them. The sheets on the other bed in the room were... more

I was very reluctant to book here because the prices were so good. I did anyway and I was not disappointed. My husband and I brought our 2 teenage daughters with us and they loved being so close to the beach and able to go back to the motel for a swim in the pool or sit in the hot... more

We stayed here for a quick night on our way from New York City to Charleston, and were so pleasantly surprised when we got there! This isnt the Ritz for sure, but it was clean, fairly spacious and the A/C worked!! For $100 we got a room for 3 of us for one night (usually you have to book 2... more
