My family has roots in Burnsville and so I grew up driving down that road with my dad always pointing out that "that's the old Buck family... More

My husband and I have stayed at many B&Bs over the last 20 years. The Buck House Inn has to rate as one of the best. The Inn is immaculate, the breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfortable. Debbie and Sam were the perfect hosts. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Our daughter was married Aug 2nd on the front lawn of this beautifully restored historic home. We rented the entire Inn for the wedding venue/weekend & it could not have been more perfect! The luxurious rooms, upscale bedding, not to mention Debbie's scrumptious gourmet food served on elegant, vintage china, made all of us feel so pampered. The perfectly manicured... More

After finding The Buck House on a B&B website and reading other reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to stay here one night on the way to visit friends in Banner Elk. And we were so glad we did. Debbie and Sam were meant to be innkeepers; we felt as if we were staying with our favorite relatives. The room... More

We stayed here for just one night, and arrived late. I wish we had arrived early and spent all our time here instead because it was just so perfect! Buck House rates on the top of my favorite B&B/Inn experiences, it was just so beautiful, with hummingbirds and butterflies on the front porch, a babbling creek, and really friendly owners.... More

I visited the Asheville area in May. I was looking at horse stables in the area. One of the stables recommended the Buck House Inn as a nice place to stay. It sounded very interesting so I called and made a reservation. It was one of the best decisions that I made during my time in the mountains. Several people... More

A fabulous bed and breakfast with horseback riding, trout fishing, and porch swings and rockers. The owners met you with a smile and glass of wine and serve a wonderful breakfast. Bed are so comfortable you are glad there is no hurry to arise early.
