My family travels for work and we just got into town and looked at reviews on google and it was the best reviews in the area. We checked in and went to check out the job site and came back to go into the room to it smelling like straight up mildew. The tub was nasty and I put my... More

We made an advance reservation on the Motel 6 website for a non-smoking room with a microfridge. Upon check-in, we were told that the room-type we reserved was unavailable. When I handed the front-desk clerk (Latisha) my printed reservation which indicated the exact room we reserved, she kept saying that we could either have a non-smoking room without a microfridge... Rows of little drive up rooms. Fairly clean and basic inside. I was on a college family trip and on my own. Perfectly priced at $38 for my purposes. Bit iffy and dubious after dark - seemed to be a lot of late night activity. I tried to get my car in as close proximity to the door as possible... More

I chose to stay at motel six because it was close to the interstate and allowed dogs. The shower is great; the water is very hot. That is where the positives end. Upon check-in the manager on duty was complaining about a guest complaining. He knew the guest in room 215, was going to be a pain and he was... More

Several one story buildings, green doors, large #s, park right outside your door. Usual soap, plastic cup, ice bucket and towels. The usual minor nits. Plus side: microwave, mini-fridge, newer wall lighting (see pictures). Lots of room for dog crates in king room. Thus very average but adequate, close to interstate, and price in low 40s, enough dog walking space.

if you are a business traveler as I am, and depend on the internet, you will gladly pay the 5.30 cents for high speed internet, and then you will find that the internet is not worth 1.oo it stalls, it quits, it is very unpredictable, and when you call the office, they say well there must be heavy traffic on... We were on our way to the Outer Banks and spent the night here to break up the drive. I am all about not having a lot of amenities that I don't use to get a better price. This is a bare bones place for a bare bones price. I do, however, want a carpet that is not moldy and... More

9 nights there paid in advance (foolish!) No heat or air conditioning, and a gap in the a/c housing that allowed insects of impressive size to come in unimpeded. Maid? Once in over a week. Took a towel out, didn't replace. Maid left the drapes open to make sure anyone passing by could check for my presence and see if... More

Dirty beds with hair. Hair on towels. Floor carpet was saturated with dirt. My clean socks were brown. Despite a sunny hot day the pool was locked. There appears to be some long term guests that stay up late drinking and carrying on. I will never be back. Beware.
