I chose to stay at motel six because it was close to the interstate and allowed dogs. The shower is great; the water is very hot. That is where the positives end. Upon check-in the manager on duty was complaining about a guest complaining. He knew the guest in room 215, was going to be a pain and he was... More

Several one story buildings, green doors, large #s, park right outside your door. Usual soap, plastic cup, ice bucket and towels. The usual minor nits. Plus side: microwave, mini-fridge, newer wall lighting (see pictures). Lots of room for dog crates in king room. Thus very average but adequate, close to interstate, and price in low 40s, enough dog walking space.

if you are a business traveler as I am, and depend on the internet, you will gladly pay the 5.30 cents for high speed internet, and then you will find that the internet is not worth 1.oo it stalls, it quits, it is very unpredictable, and when you call the office, they say well there must be heavy traffic on... Busy weekend in Burlington the ASA National Senior Softball tournament was over Labor Day weekend - We, had a confirmation indicating microwave & refrigerator in room and NO smoking - Upon check in was given a room the stunk of stale smoke as well as body odor - We did not get a microwave or a fridge and in questioning... We were on our way to the Outer Banks and spent the night here to break up the drive. I am all about not having a lot of amenities that I don't use to get a better price. This is a bare bones place for a bare bones price. I do, however, want a carpet that is not moldy and... More

9 nights there paid in advance (foolish!) No heat or air conditioning, and a gap in the a/c housing that allowed insects of impressive size to come in unimpeded. Maid? Once in over a week. Took a towel out, didn't replace. Maid left the drapes open to make sure anyone passing by could check for my presence and see if... More

Dirty beds with hair. Hair on towels. Floor carpet was saturated with dirt. My clean socks were brown. Despite a sunny hot day the pool was locked. There appears to be some long term guests that stay up late drinking and carrying on. I will never be back. Beware.

My daughter used to be a housekeeper at this place until this past Saturday. Management is HORRIBLE. They allow all sorts of undesirable people into the motel and when my daughter was cleaning - she came across some drugs in one of the rooms. She walked out of the room immediately and then the woman who rented it - came... More

Well I have stayed here several times in the last couple of months. Its very bare bones hotel , no amenities , but what else would you expect from a motel 6. The rooms are normally clean, even though this past thursday not as clean as I would expect it to be . The hotel is good for a 1... More

Checked in at 10pm...first room shown had a 'moldy.' smell.....was shown a second room....looked fine....woke up in the morning, put on my glasses and noticed the bed linen and the pillow covers had dark black hair all over. I have grey hair and the thought of my having slept on dirty linen made my skin crawl. Went to the front... More
