I'd rate this place a minus one star! Room: smelled like smoke/ musty , TV staticky , room keys NEVER worked , stain on the ceiling just painted over. Bedding was old ( had "pills" all over it and ) holes in the blanket. Hallways were very warm and didn't smell great either Outside security door was broken BUT the... More

Check in was great. room 219....Room was musty smelling. towel rack falling off. Toilet seat broken..carpet was dirty. Can deal with that. But the whole reason we got the room was for the pool. Day of check in..no towels available for pool. Check again this morning. Was told to come back. Key card problems several times. All in all room... More

Rooms smelled of animals and cheap air freshener could barely sleep , noise until late night or early morning with people partying. Drink machine out of order , breakfast was cold cereal/food and watered down OJ.

I chose this place on location and price. Easy and friendly check in. Able to accommodate me on the first floor. OK breakfast, but ran out of things early (short staffed, so front desk person had to do double duty). Decent bed and after all, isn't that the most important thing along with cleanliness?

As this was our first experience staying at a Econo Lodge, I must admit, it was quite enjoyable. When my husband travels, I often join him for a chance for a mini get away. This Econo Lodge was quiet and clean. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Another pleasantly surprising hotel. Again, tractor trailer parking available and pet friendly with a minimal fee. We found our room to be neat, clean and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep, the bed and pillows were comfy and the heating system kept us warm enough for the chilly evening. Internet was good and the desk clerk checking us in... More

We were looking for a place just to lay our heads for the night and got that and more. When we got there to check in the girl at the front desk was super nice and very helpfull. She told us about local restaraunts and the easiest way to get to them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Decent... More

Good value and exceeded expectations after reading some of the negative reviews here . Clean, felt safe, beds comfortable . Front desk staff titi and macheta (spelling?) were very helpful. Movie streaming on their wifi was very slow but wifi worked well for email. Our family group of ten had a problem-free stay.

There are a cluster of hotels in the Piedmont region between Greensboro and Raleigh-Durham. In Burlington, there are a number of budget hotels including Microtel, Motel 6, Red Carpet and Econo Lodge. The Econo Lodge is one of the cheapest available. The older property is rather large with numerous rooms available. The hallways and common areas look like a 1950-60s... More

We stayed one night on Thanksgiving at Econo Lodge, Burlington, NC. We have stayed at Econo in other cities and states in our travels and always found them to be clean, attractive and affordable. You can't do better for the money. We are retirees and have limited income so we look for cleanliness more than fancy accomadations when we travel... More
