We rolled into town without a reservation, and were fortunate to find this place. Haven't stayed at a Best Western in a while, and this one was quite nice. Good room, well-maintained premises and friendly staff; includes free wi-fi and full breakfast (meaning that it includes eggs and sausage). There is also a nice outdoor pool area, and a restaurant/bar... more

We spent 4 days in Burlington to help our daughter set up an apartment off campus at Elon University..The Hotel was centrally located with shops and restaurants nearby.. The chooses were endless for dining from fast food to nice diners..Our room was a suite and had plenty of space including two bathrooms and separate bedroom and living area.. We started... more

I wish I could give this hotel a better review. It was amazing! It is obviously an OLD hotel that has been completely renovated. From tile flooring... to granite counter tops... to furniture... all were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Even the bathroom didn't have that 'old' hotel feel, but felt comfortable and updated.... more

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here (previously in the Country Inn & Suites nearby), while visiting relatives on our way home from Western NC. We take advantage of the government employee rate, which is far superior to any others. The facility is in pristine condition and the staff are exceedingly responsive. When we checked... more

Based on Tripadvisor reviews, I picked this hotel for a two-night stay during business in Greensboro. I was not disappointed. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the beds firm and good to sleep in. The hotel breakfast is basic Best Western fare, with waffles available in addition to the usual. Unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant closes very early these days... more

I was a little concerned when I drove up to the building. It looks a little dated from the outside. But, the inside has been totally remodeled. Also, the pool area looked wonderful. There is a large pool with a large deck area. Check out the pictures. It looks nice. Of course, it was rainy and 40 degrees out when... more

I stayed two nights at the Best Western in Burlington in Jan 09. Overall the hotel is pretty solid. The only real complaint I have - and it's a matter of taste - is that I thought the mattresses were very soft. As a result, I slept pretty poorly both nights. While I can't quite share the previous reviewer's thoughts... more

This hotel is very nice, Some friends and I flew in for a function and were pleasantly surprised by our room, very modern and comfortable to stay in, the bathroom was very well lit for us ladies to apply make-up and do hair, the only complaint I have is the stairwells are not labled and its seems like a maze... more
