While cosmetically nice, this motel is old, and it shows. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds are comfortable. However, there are many problems. There is no elevator to the upstairs room we had. While the room has a large flat panel TV, the reception is so bad (think rabbit ears) it is essentially unwatchable. The plumbing shows its... More

We stayed in the hotel as it was blocked for our travel softball team. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The only drawback is that the only elevator I saw was in the lobby and this is a very sprawling hotel. It was hard to figure out how to get to the lobby from... More

A group of us stayed here for a family funeral. We had 7 rooms, some Kings and some doubles. The rooms were OK. TV reception was very poor and some of the group complained of noise. The hotel lobby is a bit dark but the staff is friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is convenient to many... More

Stayed for only 1 night, but would opt to stay here again when in the area. Great staff & very nice facility. The self serve breakfast buffet had everything you could want. The independent restaurant is nice with a diverse menu; I would recommend the burger topped with pulled pork. This place is worth checking out.

Very nice, clean lobby. Friendly staff. Our room was clean, and smelled nice and fresh. Plenty of snow white fluffy towels. The beds were comfy. The air conditioning made it as cold as we wanted, which for some reason is hard to find these days. Hubby said the pillows were not up to his standard, but I suppose that's subjective.... More

bed comfortable, shower did have unexpected temperature variation, and other guests were loud during late night. Lots of things going on weekend I stayed. breakfast was average-did not have all items by 9:30am. Paid more then quoted price by $15 but did not dispute. Overall, acceptable stay as I was staying by self and still able to sleep dispite late... More

What a fantastic place to stay, at such a reasonable rate. There are an abundance of hotels to stay at in Burlington, especially if you're visiting Elon, but we've found this to be our best option. The room is nice, and well appointed. The breakfast is good (very similar to most of the hotels that offer free breakfast), but the... More

Check-in was a bit of a hassle and a wait as the staff member on duty admitted he never handles using travel cards as form of payment and therefore deducted the entire amount off of our card beyond the price of our room. The next day during check-out, the person on duty took care of the problem and gave us... More

In the middle of a 6 hour trip back to Asheville our car broke down in Burlington. We called other itotels and were given prices $20-40 more than what their websites were showing. Best Western had room and it was exactly as it was advertised. We had to walk from our tow to the dealership at night in the cold... More

I enjoy staying at BWA Plus when traveling since they typically have a restaurant on site. The restaurant attached to this BWA is the Grill 5.4.8 (separate review). This BWP was very well laid out, quiet, modern. Great staff, pool with outdoor garden and more. Nice hot breakfast included. Easy off/on I-85. I would stay here again.
