The Sleep Inn is newly renovated. The rooms was very comfortable. The floors are gorgeous. Shower water pressure was excellent. Buffet breakfast area was clean, spacious, and good. This was a very nice Hoyle with a beautiful view from the front door. The room was satisfactory, the tv and refrigerator did not work properly. This hotel an okay enough place to lay your head for the night. The check-in staff person was efficient and very friendly. We stayed here for one night only because we were arriving in Bryson City around 1 am and it seemed silly to pay for an additional night at our cabin rental. This was a short stay to visit the railway. We took our family and stayed the weekend. The beds have something to be desired but we are used to our bed at home. It was a little noisy in the morning with the early risers but nothing we were not used to having children. The front desk was very helpful... More

Our room and bath were extremely small. The king bed took up all the space. The breakfast was standard fair. It was a great location for our visit to the Deep Creek area of the Smoky Mts. and environs, but I would investigate others for a return visit.

I just stayed the one night here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. When I made my reservation I did request for a ground floor. Well, if I stay here again I will definitley request the second floor(there is no elevator in this hotel), because the noise from the people above me was quite annoying. Excellent place for the money. Very clean rooms and very nice staf. They do everything they can to help you visit the area. The location is perfect if you have a car. Breakfast is good, e.g. a normal Choice Hotels standart.
