I really enjoyed my stay at Folkestone Inn. The room was great extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were incredible and it was great to meet the other guests and meet people from all over the United States.

This beautiful inn is in a perfect location, right outside of Deep Creek Campground. The breakfast is always delicious. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. We've stayed there several times, including when we got married and plan to go again!

Great bed and Breakfast! Very close to a Smokey Mountain Park Gate. (3/4th of a mile) Breakfast was awesome! Our server Robin was the sweetest lady. The Inn was charming and clean. Our room was private and very quite. Only thing I would ask for next time is a stronger wifi for my apple products since they don't have the... More

We had a wonderful trip to Bryson City and were thrilled that we chose to stay in our first bed and breakfast. What a wonderful experience. The innkeepers were welcoming and the breakfasts were exquisite. We had opportunities to spend time with the other guests and also time for privacy. Each room had a porch and lots of places to... Superior, homey inside accommodations coupled by a spacious, peaceful landscape. The innkeepers are attentive, courteous, and look after those who stay like family. The breakfasts are home cooked style. The B&B lends itself toward meeting and exchanging with other guests. Richard Follett, Landis, NC

An Inn perfectly placed to experience the Smokey Mountains. It´s a Pearl you like to stay in when you first see it. Inside it is friendly and nice with a lot of space to meet the other guests for a chat before dinner or breakfast. The rooms are also family with a welcoming atmosphere. Our hosts took good care of... More

This inn was "ok" but we have stayed at nicer. It was clean and the caretaker was friendly, however, we never saw the wife. Hostess at breakfast was nice but breakfast is not til 9am, could be a little earlier. Deck outside of room was very small, not much leg room, a little deceiving in the pictures. Overall, nice stay.

Thank you for your critique. Our inn is exactly as represented.. We are sorry these guests did not enjoy their stay or their room. There is nothing deceiving about the pictures on our website. The room and balcony are exactly as pictured. Steve, the "innkeeper", is the "front of the house". "The wife" Is the "back of the house". She... More

I was impressed with the overall spotlessness of the Inn. We appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere and the delicious full breakfasts. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We appreciated your kindness in not charging us for the 3rd night when my husband and I realized we had a communication error. The only down side was not being able to stay that... More

We had a large room on the bottom floor near the dining room. We've been to the Inn many times over the past decade, and prefer the room with it's own entrance and king sized bed. The Inn is not walkable to Bryson City, but it is near an entrance to the Park and makes for a good hike to... More

Thank you for your interest in Folkestone Inn. We appreciate your input. If these guests would have let us know about the music upon their return from their hike, we would have turned it off. They were the only ones here during the day. We did not know they were back in their room because they used their private entrance.... More
