Clean, friendly desk staff. Rooms small and only got 2 bath towels [room with 2 people]. Pillows were cheap and lumpy, but overall a good value. Did not eat the free continental breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

Good choice if U accidently have to stop 1-2 nights on your way . Nice service & brakfast. A/C in rooms much 2 loud but the prices r realy acceptable. If u have a plan 2 stay in Bryson renting cabin is much better choise.

My husband and I took an overnight motorcycle ride to Bryson City, NC. We booked this hotel before we left. We had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

The room was not super clean. The tub did not drain right and no one had any drinks hot or cold with their breakfast due to a malfunction that staff were unable to resolve. Other than that it was ok for one night of sleep.

Not a disaster, but one of the more unpleasant experiences I've had in a long time. Generally I don't mind accents, but main reservation line folks clearly don’t have English as primary language.
