The hotel staff was pleasant but the accomodations weren't as nice as we expected. We had read several positive reviews and this is why we chose to stay here. This was a one night stay for us, however, we will return if ever in the area again. Very helpful staff, large room, free internet and a very nice complimentary breakfast. Easy access from 421 and a stone toss throw to many area attractions. more

We stayed here while we were going to the race's in Bristol. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The room's were very clean and large. Would recommend this to any one staying in the area. If you stay here you need to go up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. more

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The lobby area was beautiful with a large seating area and fireplace and the common areas were nicely done.
